Make sure your dealers don't say they have of rentals available when they do not. And waste the customer's time. Then charging late fees and double his insurance after he had to wait 6 hours for the truck that he reserved the day before...

David OThe location was supposed to be closed on Sunday, and I was planning to just do a mobile drop off. I went ahead and completed the mobile drop off, but there were several customer service reps there who helped me park the truck and who took the keys.

CHAUNCEY HI want to know why I'm only getting $ 45.95 back. I didn't even drive it 5 miles. 4.5 to be exact. I also put gas in it at the Circle K right around the corner in it. I was told I would get most of my money back except the rental fee. It was returned in good shape with more gas than when I picked it up. I made 1 trip to Keypoint Storage and it's 1m1 miles from both of us. I was expecting all my money refunded except the rental fee. And now y'all are keeping $30ish more than expected. I've got pictures of the gas being right where it should be and a video walking around it. Please explain. I did take you insurance when infact mine would have covered it. I plan on using y'all again to move into my new place but not if you're going to charge me for bogus stuff. Please reach out to me via email address is as follows shaunatphelan@gmail.com. Other wise I will leave a real review. The store was flooded and I was just trying to help a local deal out some we all live and work right here. I do believe that you owe me money and I'd like it back the young man said it cost the same for 5 hours as it does for the whole night. Please explain the rest of the changes. And it was back early. I'm a good customer and I'd like to be treated as such

KELLI PThe trucks here are never clean, inside or out. The first time I rented here it took literally 1 1/2 hours to pick up a truck (reserved), because of a walk in client that was trying to figure out a one way rental. Double Sorings storage in Farmington is great, the only time I use Johnson’s hardware is when there is no availability at Double Springs, but I will likely go to Springdale and avoid Johnson’s.

JON DEven though there are signs that no smoking is allowed, it's obvious due to the smell that it has been smoked in. A good detail is needed. Also, for UHaul corporate, you should get all your trucks equipped with Cruise Control!

BRIAN CThe van had a warning light that it needed an oil change. The van had a warning light that the tires were low. Luckily I only had to dive two blocks there and back. Otherwise I would have demanded another van. They also didn’t have two hand trucks and gave me a useless appliance dolly. I think the kid was high.

MARSHA SThe staff at Johnson Hardware in Fayetteville, AR is phenomenal. The always go above and beyond to be courteous and helpful. I rent a U haul van 4 times a year and will always use them as my rental source.

LARRY KNo idea the per mileage charge has DOUBLED since 2022. It’s a little outrageous that a local truck cost $177 for a 14 mile move that took less than 16 hours. Also, they wouldn’t apply a military discount. U-Haul has been good in the past but this experience has turned us off for future use. It’s not the locations fault, they’re great. Very unhappy about the cost. Will not use again. The location was wonderful. It’s not their fault. It’s uhauls fault. Plus you truck leaked oil all over our move out driveway and our move in driveway. 🤬
MICHAEL WLocation was closed even though their website and all information would lead you to assume dropping off during their normal business hours they would be available. The location was difficult if not near impossible to park a 34’ truck at night with poor lighting and limited space.
