The location is amazing, never had any problems with this location. It is the U-Haul e-alert system that is horrible.

The gas tank was not full upon arrival. Since we were traveling to California, I would have expected the tank to be full.

Stephanie BMy husband dropped off the rental a day early. He said the place was kind of "dumpy." He and my son said the guy barely spoke any words to them and was not friendly at all. Getting a receipt seemed an inconvenience to him. Just overall, do not recommend Johnson's.
