Johnson's Home and Garden is a excellent place for all your U Haul needs. The trailer was clean, in excellent shape and no leaks since it rained on us during our trip. The overall experience and the help we got from the staff is what you would expect from any business. We would recommend Johnson's to all our friends.

The uhaul was very hard to drive, the brakes were horrible, the man I rented it from was awfully rude. Never again will I rent a uhaul.

Everything was fantastic! Great customer service, everything I needed was there, and the gentleman walked me through everthing. The drop off area was well lit and there was ample parking for my personal vehicle while I was using the uhaul. It was an excellent experience.

Personnel changed our resevation from one day to 2 and our insurance. They were rude and ran our card prior to informing us, then refused to refund anything. They told us since they had hooked us up it was our problem.

Well first of all my pickup location was changed 3 times so I had to drive 30 mins out of my way to get my uhaul. After that the pick up location forgot to give me my furniture pads I paid for already. I called them back and the lady was apologetic and said she would refund me my 10 dollars. Then I return the truck in perfect condition with more gas then when I picked it up a day early and receive an email this morning I was charged 86 dollars for not returning the furniture pads I never received and a 10 dollar cleaning fee! I've used uhaul several times and had similar experiences with the pick up location changing last minute which is very aggravating when someone has scheduled a move. I plan to use in the future because I move again In a couple months and praying for a better experience.

This location has always been good for me. Trailer was clean and fine when I picked it up. They didn't have any spare blankets, but That was no big deal. Unfortunately i did have a problem during my move. The counterbalance cable on the rear roll-up door malfunctioned and prevented correct operation (would not close or open fully). Roadside assistance was having a system issue, so I was not able to get through for several hours. I ended up having to fix the trailer myself.

I've used this location in the past for pickup and drop off. Always great. This was my first time dropping off after hours. It seemed a little unsecure, and I know they've had trailers stolen from their lot before. However, it was still a good experience.

I made a reservation with UHAUL. The day before I was to pickup my truck I called the pickup site to confirm. The pickup site had neither my name or my truck. I called UHAUL back and explained the situation and they made another reservation 30 miles away and a different sized truck than I needed. For the problems and inconvenience I was offered a $50.00 refund to be applied to my credit card but I never received the credit. I contacted UHAUL again and later received an email from terrysmith@uhaul.com indicating that UHAUL does not guarantee the pickup location only the equipment/truck. That excuse is crap since my reservation was not made with the people at the pickup site and I didn’t even get the size of truck I needed, so obviously UHAUL DOESN’T keep their word regarding refunds from their mistake, DOESN’T gurantee pickup locations, and DOESN’T guarantee the equipment.
