It took me 45 minutes to get the truck. There was no one available to get the gate open. Called uhaul three times to get connected to get the code. Truck was parked awkwardly and was hard to get out. The truck was dirty (isent pictures)

Jeff B.This particular truck had the "check engine" light on when I picked it up. I suspect the previous renter had put E-85 gas in it as it ran very rough. I added 1/2 tank of E-87 and it ran better. However, when renting a UHaul to move more than 300 miles, one really does not want to see a check engine light lit up. The inside of the windshield had water spots as if it had been sprayed with a water hose - on the inside of the cab. This suspicion was backed up when my wife went to climb into the cab and reached for the inside grip to help pull herself up and found it was full of water.

RICHARD E.Went in at 11:45 to drop my uhaul and trailer went in. People where rude told me I had to do self check in bc they already shut the ubaul computer down. So I went outside they locked the door behind me they don't close till noon.
Elizabeth R.Dropped off after hours. So there wasn't any interaction with anyone regarding the rental. Cannot judge the look of the location for the same reason. I can say that there was not any directions posted on the door directing where to park, drop keys, or how to conduct what needed to happen after hours. Thankfully we noticed the small key drop box on a truck in the parking lot 50' away from the door. Dropped keys in there & attempted to checkout online. Ended up having to call, which the waits are atrocious. Once a human answered, it was a speedy process.

He tried to charge me cleaning fee for truck thst probably has never been detailed. Was he expecting me to mop the floors and detail interior??? I've tried to explain that Uhaul app does not work Pluss there is no reception at his store (how convenient) and that truck had issues, but I was over charged any way. It actually felt light he was out to find something to charge for from beginning. Worst experience I've ever had with Uhaul
PAUL O.Both sides of the truck was covered in mud as some was on the inside as well. I drove the truck less than 40 miles in dry conditions all on asphalt roads, returned the truck in the same condition as I received it and was charged a 15 dollar cleaning fee.
