I was charged 2 extra charges on my account!! No explanation, no answer when I call, no response to my emails!!! We rented the cargo van for 2 days and got charged close to $500!! Not at once thoe, they continue to charge my account with $72 charges and $93 charges!

I dropped off the trailer 12 hours early, but after the store closed. I was unable to check in the trailer because I did not have cell service. I took pictures and drove down the street, but was unable to upload the photos to return the trailer. I arrived at opening the following morning to make sure the trailer was returned appropriately. On approach, the owner yelled at me from 30ft away to maintain six feet distance from him. I explained to him why I was there and the reason I was unable to return the trailer online. He threatened me with a $20 fee for making him return the trailer and said thankfully I showed up or he would have charged me extra. The entire conversation was him yelling and scolding me for not having cell service in a new town. At that time, it was still before the time that the trailer was supposed to be returned. Mr. Johnson was far from helpful after moving across the state and unloading two trailers and hardly the welcoming face of a new neighbor. I chose to return my UHaul trailer at Mr. Johnson's business over two other places in town. I cannot recommend more strongly that other UHaul patrons NOT use this location for rental or dropoff.

The gentleman I dealt with was rude and hateful. I arrived to return the trailer I rented and left pissed. The gentleman had a attitude problem. I hope I never have to deal with him again.

I was charged 20.00 for dropping off one day early as I was told was ok. Dropped off on Sunday clean and full of fuel. There would have been no way to drop off on a Monday morning when we had to be at work.

My problem is not with the location at all, I think it's unfair that I am forced to pick the location to review rather than the company. I was called a day before I picked up the truck and was told the right size wasn't available so I had to pick a new one down the street, no problem, a few minutes out of my way but it's fine as long as they have the right truck. They didn't have the right truck when I got to the new location, even though they called me the day before to confirm it and I had the reservation for two weeks. They said they “upgraded me” from a 20ft truck to a 26ft - I did NOT want this upgrade and I told them that, but as a struggling medical student in the middle of a corona virus pandemic I was forced to accept it due to limited time and necessity to start school promptly. Then they told me the truck was filled to 3/4 when I picked it up and it was 100% not, so when I finally moved it 300 miles to the new location of my school and tried to return it with 3/8ths tank, which is was when I picked it up, it charged me $30. What a pain in the ass this company has been for me. I've used uhaul a few times in the past and that's why I used them this time but I will probably go to Budget Rentals in the future.

The gentleman at this location was incredibly rude and unhelpful, he started off to me on multiple occasions, refused to help me in any way when locating my truck in the lot, I had to call a corporate number and speak to a woman named Stacy (800)628-1314 just to get this man to accept my deposit in cash, he then didn't even enter said deposit as cash making the return process very confusing and difficult. I have never dealt with such a rude, inconsiderate, unhelpful person in all my life and he should be ashamed. I'm not typically one of those people who expect the customer to always be right but I at the very least expect to be treated with some respect. I fully believe this man took advantage of the fact that the other u haul places in town we're closed and I had no other options. I will never rent another u haul again.

The owner of Johnsons Home & Garden was extremely rude to us. He not only had an attitude, but had a very rude personality and acted short towards customers. As far as the trailer, excellent shape. However, I would not recommend this U-Haul location to anyone. I only lived 20-25 minutes from this location. I'd drive 100 miles out of the way rather than to go to this location again.

I couldn't get the online drop off to work, we just ran back to the location the next morning and did it in person.

The business owner was rude and did not fully explain the contract which ended up costing us more than expected. We were charged for an extra day because we did not understand the time frame return policy because it was not explained. When we received the truck the tank was below the stated 1/4 tank, we returned the truck with the same amount of fuel as when we started, which was 1/8th. I will not recommend this business as a Uhaul provider nor will I ever use this business again. I believe this business owner purposefully miss represents the Uhaul contract in order to charge additional fees.

Charged us $6 for a missing pad?. I honestly don't know what happened to it. Guess I should of counted them when we got the truck. We just folded them when we unpacked and put them in a pile in the truck.
