CHARLES SStaff at location were responsive and friendly, and location is convenient. However, the vehicle was extremely dirty and I immediately had to fill the truck with gas as it was on 3/8 of a tank. There was what appeared to be wet clumped cat litter on the truck ramp making it slippery and unuseable. There is also no on-sight parking to leave your vehicle. You have to park at an adjacent business.
STEVEN JSomething was seriously wrong with the truck. I was unable to turn it or use brakes. I wasn’t able to get the things done that I had planned on doing because I was literally afraid to drive the truck. I rent and drive Uhauls all the time but this one definitely needed maintenance.
JASMINE MUsed vehicle for 2 mile. They charged 2GL fuel cost for 2 mile. Even though gauge meter was faulty
NEERAJ NThis has nothing to do with the place I picked the truck up. I rent Uhauls 20-30 times a year and everytime I do yall have to call some other contact and get my license and everything. You need to set up a pro account where I can rent and not have to deal with the hassle always. A lot of furniture guys like me rent them when we have to shuttle from our Tractor/ Trailer and we rent from yall a lot, it would be nice if we had an account to make it easier on us, maybe with fixed rates or something too since we rent them so often.

NOAH GWeb site quoted .99 per mile, yet I was charged $1.19 per mile. Not the locations fault. U-Haul should update the website.

DAROLD BThe location is excellent from a convenience standpoint, and it centrally located. But it is an autobody repair shop, so the parking lot was crowded with cars in need of repair. The van served my needed purpose, but the exterior and interior were filthy. I floor of the van was so dirty that I had to use mats on the floor to protect my furniture. U-Haul should ensure the equipment is clean when it is rented and then require customers to return it in the same condition or lose their deposit.

CHARLES RStaff was very helpful. I had intentionally placed my license on the ground. The extremely courteous young gentleman, thinking I had dropped it, offered to pick it up. Seeing an elderly lady, who might not feel very confident using an app, he offered to do the check in for me completely. I wish my old brain could remember his name.

Robbin TIf a customer orders items to go along with the truck, please make sure they are there at rental. If you can't locate items inform customer prior to pick up of rental. Moving is hard/ stressful enough don't add to the stress.
