The reserved appliance dolly was not on site and I was sent to three Uhaul locations by Uhaul customer service to get one that was “reserved” for me but on my arrival none of the locations had a dolly. Waste of my time and gas. The employees say inventory is a known problem. So why has Uhaul not corrected this?
