The A/C in the truck did not work at all. The brakes also very bad almost dangerous. I did not realize either of these issues until I had left their yard. I called Uhaul immediately and notified you of these issues. The customer service rep said someone could come by and look at the truck but no one did. I was helping my son move across the state and we had to load up Friday and leave early Saturday morning. Jones Auto Repair also misstated the fuel in the truck. She said I think it has 7/8 of a tank. I took a picture of the fuel gauge before I left their yard and the needle was less than 3/4. I also took a photo of the fuel gauge after I filled it up and returned it. I was charge for 6 gallons of gas and tax and I need to be credited this back. I also would like some sort partial credit of my rental since these issues were your fault not mine. I have rented at least a dozen times from Uhaul in the past 10 years and this was the worst experience by far.
MARION NVery friendly. Trailer was clean and in good repair. Pickup was arranged online and went smoothly at pickup.

All the calls are "recorded" yea right bc now no one knows anything...all of a sudden notes that were there arent there anymore... UHual took adavantage and will take advantage of you

PATRICIA WHave the truck full of gas. Not on 1/8th a tank. Yes, I was given $50 or so for fuel but that didn’t even cover half of what it cost to fill it up. I filled it up half way on my drive and was at 1/4th of a tank and it cost $125 to fill up. So the $50 nowhere covered it.

Jeff PI was charged $24 for barely any gas that was used.. i only used 14 miles and I tried to explain that to the lady who checked me out. I have pictures of the needle where it was vs when I returned it.
Cydni Tcouldn't even get in the office as the door was stuck! And then charge me $59.00 for the gas!?!?!?! NO WAY!

Melvin JThe location I made reservations with, did a excellent job. But the place I picked up car trailer was very unprofessional. The guy that tried to help hook up trailer didn't know how to use trailer at all. Then after I loaded vehicle to transport I went to check lights and they didn't work at all. I found pinched wires and decided to fix it and they work great now. I don't like giving bad reviews but you need to know for the future about the location that I picked the trailer up at. I just want to stress again about how good the personell is who made the reservation. Thank you, Brad W.
BRADLEY WBusiness was closed during regularly scheduled hours and at pickup. Unit was dirty and requested and paid for blankets were missing. We’re helpful on the phone but that’s where it stopped.

Wolf CHorrible service. This was the most stressful move of my life. I reserved a truck and equipment (which was all confirmed available by Uhaul) and nothing was available when I arrived at the location. The clerk had rented my truck to someone else. I then had to wait for him to find another truck and I ended up calling customer service to help him figure out how to get me in it. They advised me to have him cancel my reservation and do a walk-in rental. I then had to call around town looking for the equipment I needed and reserved, which no one had. Horrible horrible experience.
