Uhaul vehicles were very clean, however, the staff members, two female office representatives, were very vague and unclear about company standards. Staff didn't seem to care about their job or exhibiting friendly and professional customer service. Definitely would never recommend this particular location to anyone!katilyn C.
The only problem with truck was the cup holder was broken in the truck and not discovered until loaded and leaving for trip. Disappointed I had made reservation weeks in advance and still had to drive 60 miles round trip to find a 26' truck. Original rental Uhaul center had closed, found out when I called Wednesday prior to the Friday move/pickup date. I did receive extra miles and discount, but this was a major inconvenience. Delayed our departure by 3 hours due to later pickup time and travel to get truck.Ron B.

They don't check their equipment before renting it. Ended up with a car toedolly that was ragged and one light wouldn't stay working! Worse Uhaul rental EVER !!!!Helen W.

The truck was horrible not clean and infested with ants. We had to drive from there to New Jersey and got bit by ants had to throw some of my belongings away due to ants and it took forever to even get truck from this location and they didn't have the dolly I paid for had to go back to get it it was horrible never again. I will never rent uhaul again with this experience I lost a lot and it was horrible barely gas in it so cost me more and I filled it up before dropping back off. I am very disappointed and want something back cause I paid almost 500 for this truck and wasn't even worth it.Kelley C.

There was trash (empty water bottles and papers under the seat) that came out when we hit the brakes and almost caused the brake pad to stick.Jim H.
Everything with this location was fine other than it was almost an hour in the opposite direction of where we were moving from so I ended up having to pay for extra miles when I didn't necessarily have to if I could have gotten a truck closer.Madison P.

This location was very good at a last minute change in location except they did not have the supplies on hand that we ordered and prepaid for. We had to get our packing supplies at Home Depot and lost the $$ we prepaid uhaul.Samuel C.

Previous customers things were left under the seat to include a dip spit bottle. The uhaul had a pad lock on the bay door and we had to call roadside assistance to cut it off. We then had to purchase our own pad lock that we were not reimbursed for. We did not receive our utility dolly and had to go back to get one the next day.Jory B.

The Clerk was very pleasant and courteous, but there were no attendants in the yard. We had to hook up the trailer ourselves. The inside of the trailer was dirty and damp; some kind of wet sand or something. The experience was not at all bad, but were it not that we use trailers frequently, I am not sure this trip would have been as successful.BRADLEY S.

I had to hook the trailer up by Myself. Wiring was missing and I had to go find someone to provide the missing part. I tow different trailers regularly but for someone that is inexperienced it would have been difficult at best to hook the trailer up. This trailer has no jack and is MUCH too heavy to lift on to the ball as I had to do.William W.

Make sure the app is working! Waited by our initial pickup location 1 1/2 hours trying to solve the issue. Went through 3 customer service reps before one was willing to stay on the line with me until the problem was resolved. Even then, I had to go to another location to pick up my truck. Even though they gave me an upgrade, which I didn't need, I rather have been offered a discount on my rate for the trouble. Was not a good 1st experience with U-Haul.Stephen S.

I broke down with a trailer on i95 and they helped me get in a truck and a car dolly to make it 500 miles to my destination. They even helped me transfer everything from the 5x8 i was hauling to the box truck I rode in the latter half of the trip.Brian R.

The u-Haul data in the computers needs to be updated the recommends vehicles that should be used and the guy that hooked up the trailer did not completely hook the ball up ,he left it loose and the trailer was just sitting on the ball. Other than that everything was good.Jimmie M.

Better customer service and true fool to customers and letting them know what is being charge instead of lying I wish charge $14 which was optional if I want it the protection for the u-haul truck the guy put it on my receipt as if I wanted it and did not give me the option to let me choose he made it as if that was a choice that I had to take the u-haul truck I had to sweep out in a back it was dirty as well as the inside of the u-haul truckSHATISHA C.
