Have the truck on a full tank of gas, it makes no sense that you have to put gas in it as soon as you drive off. Happened both times when I rented there.

Damage on the trailer not shown in pictures that you have customer to approve. Makes customer hesitant to approve. Damage wasn't to a point that was unsafe for use but was still there. They recommended that I took pictures to cover myself in case anything was said on return of trailer.
Billy H Hudson JrI have always had a good moving experience with Uhaul. Can not think of any time having a bad encounter.
Dewey PriceThe rep was rude over the phone, it was a slow process when at the location. The rate that was discussed was not was billed. I was billed for extras and was not informed. The rep did not ask me to add insurance. My auto insurance covers any and all rentals. All in all, the experience at the location was terrible and I will probably not rent from uhaul again. Lumberton has several locations throughout the city that rentbuhauls and every single location is in disarray or managed by people with horrible attitudes. I had the same experience at another location some time back. I will probably use Penske or budget if available.
Mercer PinedaThe truck had several issues: The ABS light was on, the engine ran very rough and the high beam headlight was not working on the driver's side. The low beams were very dim also making night driving tough. I think the van/truck should have been retired long ago.
