William SThe business people were great, my only issue was the tires on the trailer were wore out and we had a blowout on the freeway. The roadside assistance driver suggested that we don’t drive this trailer til it gets new tires. We lost valuable time and should be offered a refund for day we lost, but unfortunately businesses don’t operate like that nowadays, that’s what’s wrong with this country, overall we got our stuff moved thanks
Richard SThe reservation system is deplorable. We had 2 different UHAULS scheduled more than a month before the dates of 7.22 and then 7.29. For each reservation, we needed a 15 ft truck. On 7.21 we were contacted and told we could not get a 15 ft truck and they were looking at a 20 or 26 ft truck. We said absolutely not because the apt complex wouldn't accommodate that size of a truck and we had a distance to drive and did not want to wrangle that size of truck. They initially said they couldn't do anything and then we continued to complain as we had a graduate student that had to move that weekend. They found one in a neighboring town. We had to drive further to pick it up, but they did waive that mileage. Then the weekend of 7.29 we get a call at 5:46 pm on Friday indicating there were absolutely no 15 ft trucks available. For this move we were helping to move an 80 year old veteran from our church and had everyone configured to come help. I once again expressed how their options were not good options. I asked why were weren't informed of this earlier this morning since the reservation was 8am on Saturday and she had just indicated they start tracking trucks 24 hours again she indicated "I don't know I just came on at 5pm" - so the reservation sat all day - now most of the locations are closed so I couldn't even find a Penske or alternative. I asked for a supervisor and she found a truck in Oklahoma about 40 miles away. I asked them to comp the truck but she refused and only comp'd the mileage and reduced the truck to $50.00. The frustration and last minute anxiety that happened on both weekends was unnecessary if Uhaul had a better system. The sad part is there are not many options, but I will be looking for one before my next rental

Gene Jthe only issue I had was that my reservation had gone inactive because I was running late, but the app didn't tell me that it just kept telling me to click on pickup and then it would go back to that screen. I lost 20 minutes with that before I finally called and found out that they had to 'reset' my reservation

Mark PI did not choose this location, it was 15 miles farther than the one I selected for pick up which resulting in Uhaul charging me an extra fee for going over the allotted mileage even though it was completely their fault.

cynthia cToday is the only time I have been to this location.Dealt with two friendly guys they couldn't have made it any easier or faster,took me less than 10 minutes to drop the trailler. Had no problems at all,will definetely go to this location when needing to rent a trailer,since I have just moved to this area.

peter fOverall great experience renting from this location. Truck wasn’t swept but that’s a relatively minor detail. Most importantly, I had no issues with the truck on the 900 mile drive!
JOSE FDolly’s should come with the Uhaul it’s ridiculous you have to pay extra for one. For one day of rental plus dolly and 30 miles cost me $100 and they didn’t have the 15 foot truck so I had to get a 20 foot truck they should have changed me for the 15 foot truck. But the man that helped me was great
