The staff was pleasant, helpful and considerate, especially in that I needed to delay our process at the beginning to take a business call. (I asked and they said that was fine.) I did have to wait for the person to help hook up the trailer, then at the desk a few times. Another note: the office is a occupied by a smoker and odors were quite strong, just FYI (especially for those who are bothered by this).
KAREN MThe place in Bloomington where the trailer was supposed to be did not help us at all saying only they did not have one for us. We traveled 6 hours going past the location I had to drive back to wasting 2 hours of our time and our gas. $50 did not cover the inconvenience or expense. Then for the drop off my application showed Jordans as drop off rather than Stoughton per reservation. Dropped off in Stoughton but after all this did not need that scare! CJ's in Bloomington should not be allowed to rent out any more.

Joe HI had to check it.in with the uhaul app. Which wouldn't work with my cell number. After calling the number they helped me do it with the customer code. But my truck was marked late. Despite me being there 20 minutes beforehand I know this isn't either locations fault.

Edward GTruck ran really rough and was backfiring. The A/c did not work and when I called to tell them about it because it was 92 degrees out I was told he wasn’t aware of it and that if the other newer truck wasn’t leaving in 20 minutes with another customer he’d swap it with mine. Cost $101 dollars in fuel to go 150 miles. Not a real good experience

David GThe location and vehicle were fine. The mobile checkout was less than great. It wouldn’t let me upload the photo of the odometer and fuel, so I had to go back the next day to finish the return in person. My account is still showing that I have an active reservation. The guy in the office was nice about it though.

Clint CAdjust your one way pricing. It was $120 extra for me to drop it off at my destination. Instead, I had to drive back to drop it off and my rental location. This put unneeded extra miles on your trailer. Doesn’t make sense.

John HThis place was excellent and definitely helped me with my pick up. The corporate office from U-Haul whoever was absolutely horrible. I received a call from the corporate office earlier in the week saying my 26 foot U-Haul was not available and I would have to go 30 miles out of my way to pick one up. This is unacceptable so I opted for the smaller 20 foot model. I then got a call the night before saying I wouldn’t be able to do a 7 AM pick up once again from the corporate office I wish I knew this person‘s name because they were absolutely horrible and rude and she ended up hanging up on me for no reason I don’t know if she was having a bad day or white with that is unacceptable anyway she called to tell me that I couldn’t pick it up at 7 AM because they couldn’t access the after hours pick up for some reason although I had confirmed it with the actual location earlier in the week when I arrived the next morning at 9 AM like the rude customer service lady from the corporate office told me I had to come when they were there the location said they had it ready for me at 7 AM and I could’ve picked it up after hours they didn’t understand why the corporate office had told me otherwise as they had it already for me. Once again all the issue came from the corporate office and whoever called me and not the location itself the location itself was absolutely amazing the lady that called me twice in the week from the corporate office was horrible rude and should be fired for the way she treated me it was totally unacceptable I have never had a lot of luck with U-Haul as their trucks always break down as did one time when I rented one several years ago It broke down on a long trip and they literally had to have a tow truck tow the U-Haul three hours but that’s another story like I said everything at this location was perfect however the rude customer service lady in the corporate office was horrible I’m running another one next weekend and let’s hope I don’t have to switch trucks sizes again or get a call from that rude lady. One other thing when I arrived to pick up the truck once again they said I don’t know what that lady was talking about we had a 26 foot truck you could’ve taken ridiculous
Michael SBilled me for 160 miles extra when we brought the truck back. Did not do a walk around and acted like they did not have time to be bothered with U-Haul customers.
Lawrence TEnsure that I receive all items ordered. I did not receive a dolly, but due to mobile pickup and a time constraint, I could not afford to wait. I have contacted U-Haul to get a reimbursement for the lack of equipment paid for, but I yet to receive a response.
Joshua MI waited for two hours to get my equipment. The staff was amazing in helping me get through the situation - but apparently the system was down and your leadership, customer service, and trafficking were ill-equipped to help in a situation where the local staff were more than willing to go above and beyond when no one above him\them would.
