Edward G.Truck ran really rough and was backfiring. The A/c did not work and when I called to tell them about it because it was 92 degrees out I was told he wasn't aware of it and that if the other newer truck wasn't leaving in 20 minutes with another customer he'd swap it with mine. Cost $101 dollars in fuel to go 150 miles. Not a real good experience

It wouldn't let me upload the photo of the odometer and fuel, so I had to go back the next day to finish the return in person. My account is still showing that I have an active reservation. The guy in the office was nice about it though.

Clint C.Adjust your one way pricing. It was $120 extra for me to drop it off at my destination. Instead, I had to drive back to drop it off and my rental location. This put unneeded extra miles on your trailer. Doesn't make sense.

John H.This place was excellent and definitely helped me with my pick up. The corporate office from U-Haul whoever was absolutely horrible. I received a call from the corporate office earlier in the week saying my 26 foot U-Haul was not available and I would have to go 30 miles out of my way to pick one up. This is unacceptable so I opted for the smaller 20 foot model. I then got a call the night before saying I wouldn't be able to do a 7 AM pick up once again from the corporate office I wish I knew this person‘s name because they were absolutely horrible and rude and she ended up hanging up on me for no reason I don't know if she was having a bad day or white with that is unacceptable anyway she called to tell me that I couldn't pick it up at 7 AM because they couldn't access the after hours pick up for some reason although I had confirmed it with the actual location earlier in the week when I arrived the next morning at 9 AM like the rude customer service lady from the corporate office told me I had to come when they were there the location said they had it ready for me at 7 AM and I could've picked it up after hours they didn't understand why the corporate office had told me otherwise as they had it already for me. Once again all the issue came from the corporate office and whoever called me and not the location itself the location itself was absolutely amazing the lady that called me twice in the week from the corporate office was horrible rude and should be fired for the way she treated me it was totally unacceptable I have never had a lot of luck with U-Haul as their trucks always break down as did one time when I rented one several years ago It broke down on a long trip and they literally had to have a tow truck tow the U-Haul three hours but that's another story like I said everything at this location was perfect however the rude customer service lady in the corporate office was horrible I'm running another one next weekend and let's hope I don't have to switch trucks sizes again or get a call from that rude lady. One other thing when I arrived to pick up the truck once again they said I don't know what that lady was talking about we had a 26 foot truck you could've taken ridiculous

Lawrence T.Ensure that I receive all items ordered. I did not receive a dolly, but due to mobile pickup and a time constraint, I could not afford to wait. I have contacted U-Haul to get a reimbursement for the lack of equipment paid for, but I yet to receive a response.

The staff was amazing in helping me get through the situation - but apparently the system was down and your leadership, customer service, and trafficking were ill-equipped to help in a situation where the local staff were more than willing to go above and beyond when no one above him\them would.

RICKY H.Booked reservations for an appliance dolly.. very important when it is only 2 of us moving a 4 bedroom house and have to remove 2 refrigerators and washer and dryer....I pick up on Sunday using the Mobile app and Guess What? No appliance dolly!!! Call U Haul they say we will credit you.. but doesn't solve the issue of how in the heck were we going to get appliances in truck with out the dolly properly.

James L.Owner was rude, offered me a broom to sweep the truck out and told me there are signs all over to sweep and fold the blankets. I was told when picking up the truck to leave the blankets it the back, this was done. There was not trash in the truck and owner of drop-off spoke to me as you would a toddler. I have rented a truck for many years and never swept the truck out. I would like the additional $25 cleaning fee refunded. I will rent from Uhaul again, but not from this establishment. He is rude, very unprofessional and should be required to take a class on customer service.
Trisha R.Although this location went above and beyond to help me, my experience overall with Uhaul was very poor. The original location I rented from (Greencastle) never contacted me to let me know they didn't have my vehicle so as I was there to pick up and was told they would have to find me a vehicle (smaller than I originally ordered) at a location 30 minutes away.
