The app was very time consuming and while I may be in the minority, I found it difficult to enter the verification code during that process. Also, the metal combination locks were very difficult to see the letters on them when you are trying to enter the code. I wasted nearly 30 minutes going through this process. I think it would just be better in the future to only use vendors that are available on Saturdays and Sundays at their establishments since this is the peak time for U-Haul rentals. Thank you

Tracy WThis place was horrible! Walking into this place is like walking into a bar that allows smoking. Guys smokes nonstop inside. The system was down so I ended up getting my truck six hours late. Employee was very, very rude!!!!!! I will never ever go back to this place!
