The location was ok, however the process of reserving the vehicle was extremely inefficient, & communication with various persons was non existent.

Mustafa S.Trailer wasn't there when promised had to wait an extra 5 hrs and when I came to pick it up the light didn't work so I had to wait for them to fix it for over 45 additional minutes, ordered a 26' truck to same location and they said I had to go pick it up someplace else that was 38 minutes from where I live. Would never go back to this location and potentially uhaul all together. Very poor customer service

Prepaid for moving blankets; however, when I picked up vehicle I was told that there have not been blankets for a long time due to the pandemic and after prepaying the rental I had to pay approximately $3 in addition to pre-payment to receive the vehicle.

Michael G.My original pick up was supposed to be in St. Albert on Forest drive but when we drove there it was not the place we were supposed to be. Thenwe were sent to 146th in Edmonton but it was closed on Friday and pick up was for 530 pm. So uhaul then sent us to 118th in Edmonton and we finally received our truck it was a total waste of gas and stress. I live in St. Albert and wanted something much closer. So the gentleman at Jossy Mart was great but the rest of the experience was stressful and frustrating. Also we had booked a furniture dolly and blankets and of course they were not available very upsetting to an already overwhelming move.

delbert S.Apparently I dropped the truck off at the wrong location. I couldn't find this place using gps. The guy called me 2 days later to ask where it was. I told him, he said thanks. The next day I get a charge on my card for $177. Supposedly for an additional 3 days usage, extra mileage, cleaning fees and a 1/4 tank of gas. The truck was clean when I dropped it off. I filled the tank back to where it was when I got it, right before I dropped it off. I used it to move to and from the addresses I quoted and nothing else. I called U Haul customer service and had a 30 min wait to speak to someone. I used the on line chat and was disconnected 4 times. Then I got an email invoice with my signature digitally applied. As for how to improve for the next customer, I wouldn't know where to start.
