Truck was dirty inside and out. I brought the truck back with full tank of gas and the guy argued with me and said it was just under. I took a pic before leaving the truck, it was full, NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION

I was unaware that I had a specific appointment time as every other time I have rented from U-Haul this wasn’t the case. After being called twice, and despite my letting him know I would be late, I had to wait for a half hour for a manager to show up. He was very kind and helpful. No debit machine which I was hoping to use to pay debit. Where the truck was parked our back there were other cars around and it took us about 20 minutes to get the truck out, with me guiding the manager through, before I could be on my way.
