Apparently I dropped the truck off at the wrong location. I couldn't find this place using gps. The guy called me 2 days later to ask where it was. I told him, he said thanks. The next day I get a charge on my card for $177. Supposedly for an additional 3 days usage, extra mileage, cleaning fees and a 1/4 tank of gas. The truck was clean when I dropped it off. I filled the tank back to where it was when I got it, right before I dropped it off. I used it to move to and from the addresses I quoted and nothing else. I called U Haul customer service and had a 30 min wait to speak to someone. I used the on line chat and was disconnected 4 times. Then I got an email invoice with my signature digitally applied. As for how to improve for the next customer, I wouldn't know where to start.Joseph O.
