The appliance dolly was dirty! The wheels were full of dried mud. The wheels seemed to drag when rolling. I was only moving a washer and dryer. I the move was all on cement. Dirt was falling off the wheels and I had to clean the dolly. The U-Haul at this location were friendly and helpful in their assistance in providing the dolly.

Katie YIt is great (convenient) to be able to fuel and return at the same time. The lady who was at the counter was nice, very helpful and very friendly. I appreciated her conversation. This is a convenience store and gas station that is probably locally owned and is very small but they offer some unique items which was great to learn.

BARBARA SAbsolutely horrible experience same as last week. Information was given to the person calling from remote call center. The correct information of the address was not in when I arrived at the site to pick up truck. This was the exact same problem the week before. Information was provided to whom was picking up and it was a huge inconvenience while at work stating the EXACT same thing the day before. Extremely poor way to run this company having an outside person calling from wherever instead of dealing with the sales person themselves at location. Revise your steps. Would never use again. This happened both times.
Phillip BI was met with not one, but TWO policemen. This is t how I should have been led to believe an after-hour delivery should have been handled! I was following the rules.
GUY KI would suggest a front end alignment bc I held the wheel slightly to the right to keep it straight

As far as the reservations that were made they were very unprofessional, did the reservations all wrong, had reschedule 3 different times due to have the wrong address, the wrong day, and did not even make one when they said they did and had gotten all the information. I do believe that it was with the cooperate part over the reservations. I would suggest that you deal directly with the people you are planning on picking up the trailer or truck at to make the reservations.

CATHERINE SI noted the problems with the dolly in my online return process. Please refer to that. This comment is about the location, more broadly. The rep who provided me the equipment was very questionable in his ethics. He outright insulted my life-long experience as an automotive mechanic (I was literally raised in a family with automotive sports and general mechanical backgrounds). The way he performed his pre-rental inspection was suspicious, and I got the sense that he was probing my awareness of his actions. I must say, I positively do not like that he used his personal cell phone to take photos of my drivers license. If I should somehow discover that UHaul is encouraging that practice, I will certainly file complaints with appropriate regulatory oversight agencies. The final red flag came when I returned the dolly. I have rented from UHaul several times previously, and am aware that a return process is typically conducted by staff if/when they are available at the time of the return. This same rep was indeed still on location. He did not perform a return process, and he also did not ask me to perform it myself on UHaul's website. He insisted, "You're good! Have a good day!" It is important to note: My rental contract was for a 24-hour period. I returned the dolly only a few hours after picking it up, having completed the task for which it was needed. If neither the rep nor myself performed the return process, anyone would have the capability of using that dolly during the remainder of my contract. UHaul would have no way of knowing that. From the company's perspective; any damages, theft, or late return would be my actions and liability, not JP Quickstop's. Again, I got the sense that the rep was seeking some sort of opportunity. Against his direction, I personally performed the return process online before leaving the store. It would be interesting if the company discovered that the dolly was used shortly after I completed the return. I don't believe the rep knows I followed the process. I cannot possibly recommend this location to anyone. The staff afford themselves too many opportunities to take wrongful advantage of customers. I believe they have done this before. And I believe they will do it again.

Kevin WWe feel we were over charged. We rented for 5 days. Sat to Thur . We closed on our house FRI. We were told 20$ extra a day. Spoke to a rep on the phone that stated we need to return trailer before 7pm which we did. Once we got our bill it was 88$ and stated we only rent for 4 days. It was confusing and we had a lot of moving parts moving from the IAN --did not want to fight it.

Then, We had to run to advanced auto for an adapter for the lights and when we returned less than 15 minutes later the clerk that was at the store told us that the only guy who knows how to do the uhauls was gone and would be back in 30 minutes we waited an hour when he finally showed up. We didn’t get our text to make sure the trailer was ok before we left and we still haven’t received our text to let us know we dropped the trailer off on time. I will not use this location again!

CALVETIA LFor local people who live in the area it is okay. For me the location was far away and inconvenient. The overall experience with uhaul is overpriced and equipment is difficult to find for anything other than local rental. The equipment was dirty, poorly maintained and I had to hook up my own equipment to use.
