It was a serious disagreement about the amount of fuel that was in the truck upon me returning it . My pictures shows 3/4 tank full and the guy still wanted me to put more fuel in it after I had already put 45.00 worth of gas in it and then he refused to give me my receipt stating it will go to my email and that wasn’t the appropriate response for me because it made me suspicious about what I was being charged for and I’m going to filed a request for a detailed receipt showing what all I was charged for because if nothing illegal was done it should’ve been a problem for the agent to print my receipt right there and show me what he charged me for. I don’t think I will use this location again

The uhual was infested with roaches, all of my stuff was loaded after spraying and when went to unload had to unload everything in carport and not inside due to having roaches in everything and didn’t want to bring into our new home!
Dorothy ADon’t rent a truck that smells like an assisted living facility. I had to drive 10 hours cross country in a truck that absolutely reaked of hot urine. Me and all of my property smelled absolutely disgusting by the time I dropped that truck off. Unacceptable. 0/10
