This was supposed to be a time saver pickup location but there was to much confusion plus they were still running the station while trying to pick up. Had to ask to have back swept out at pickup and all windows had to be washed at home due to being dirt and pitch covered.Charles Z.

Staff was efficient and new the process but the location was very small as the primary business is a Gas station and UHaul is very much on the side business so parking and getting the truck inspected was difficult.George S.

The truck had a safety issue. The driver side door would not close correctly. I had to slam it 3 to 4 times before it would close correctly.Lydia M.
There were no U-Haul signs so we weren't sure it was the place we were seeking. The man in the gas station knew nothing, but, fortunately someone who worked there, perhaps the owner, came through at that moment and told us this was the place. But we drove past it at first.linda L.

Not very much space to park the truck. But I liked that they had a drop box for the key, so we were able to drop off the truck even after store closed. Not happy that the gas gauge in the truck wasn't functioning properly, so I ended up gifting uhaul $30-$40 in gas and am not able to be reimbursed. They should give you the truck with a full tank so you can return it full, not a partial tank so you end up gifting them gas that could've been used for my family's car. Not happy about that at all!AMBER D.

10m miles from there truck said the motor was over heating. I called uhaul for help. they tex me a address to go to have it look at. we both came to the same answer. the sinding unit was bad. It had to be that way before i goy foot is very soret it. The truck ran really bad all the way here. Over 600 dollors in GAS. I will get a diesel next time. I used ryder in the past. Even after telling them there were i left it! I bet bo one will look at it. Needs a tune up bad.One othor thing! Why is threre no cruse controll. mRICHARD C.

1st off, Truck was (filthy in back)!!! Cab was ok. Rear had "drywall dust" throughout. They did not do a walk thru with us for any damage or cleaning issues, etc. We found the "dirty rear section" when we got to our moving location! When we turned the Truck in at Emmett Trailer Co. in Thousand Palms CA., we were hit with a "cleaning fee of $30"!!! Very upsetting & NOT RIGHT!!! Truck was dirty when we picked it up!!! Furthermore, Emmett Trailer Co. pointed out that we never signed Insurance waiver ticket attached to keys. Well, we were never asked to do so at Shell station!!! Shell station also gave us the "hard white copy" which is a "no-no" apparently. Needless to say, we want the "$30 cleaning fee" reimbursed to us asap!!! You can charge the Shell station for it. Please respond asap! My attorney is monitoring this transaction... Thank you!erik J.

It's a service station with not a lot of selection. Prefer to go to actual U-haul stores where employees only handle related business.Steve M.

The steering alignment was off, every time I broke or accelerated the wheel would jerk right. The left door seal was not working, as driving past 30 mph would cause loud, windy noise that made anything else hard to hear. The service engine light is on and that worries me significantly. I am never using U-Haul again if this is their level of commitment to customers.PETER V.
