RICHARD HThe online rental pickup was a pain. Asking for two referrals on a Sunday afternoon when no one was available to pickup the phone wasn’t a good experience. There has to be a better way to validate customers. Next time I will not take the online option. I would rather go to uhaul location which has someone to receive customers

Jessica LOnly thing is have the people inform the customers to go onto the APP to finish with the rental and return. He just said, drop the key and leave. But in the APP (which we saw afterwards), said to finish the return via the app. He should tell the people to go into it.

Sandy TUsing the app to pick up was a nightmare. I attempted to use it 2 additional times as advised by UHAUL Rep to no avail. Jeff was able to manually complete my pickup as I emailed him photos of my ID and myself. Imagine if my pick up would have been after UHAUL customer service hours! I would have been out of luck. The return went smoothly however I did not receive an email or text that had been completed. Your customer service reps Jeff was extremely helpful. Brittany was also very helpful. Renee was helpful in assisting me with gauging the amount of gas to add to the truck. Thank you! Lynne Barbieri
Lynne BThe problem was not exactly a problem with Uhaul but the App would not work to sign out the truck. After being on hold for 15 minutes a customer service representative helped me get signed in to get my truck. Same thing when I brought the truck back. The Uhaul truck itself was very nice and clean. Customer service was great once I got through to them. I think it might partly be that location has poor cell coverage.
