The overall experience was the worst I have ever had with Uhaul. Couldn’t get the App to work correctly, then when you contact customer service they tell you to take a bunch of pictures then email them in. I have never been to a business where you have to do all the work for the company and still pay them for you doing the work. All the caused me to be an hour late for my loaders and the fact the truck had to have fuel before I even left was ridiculous. Horrible Horrible Horrible business practices.
