It took 45 minutes to get access to the keys because the App crashes every time you try to upload your ID, and then when it stops crashing it just tells you that it has failed to upload.

I didn’t have a great experience. The online check in system was faulty and the WiFi in the area was not working. It took over 45 minutes to check in and get the key. I pre paid for the moving and furniture dolly and It was not in the back of the truck as promised. My work partner and I had to work harder, rather than smarter to move the furniture I purchased. I then called U-Haul and was told I would be speaking with a manager and I never did. I was beyond upset and an hour late for my pick up and appointment. My body hurts and I ended up paying over $300 for this truck rental including gas and extra insurance purchase. My advice is don’t promise something and under deliver. The moving dolly’s were essential and you failed me and my moving partner. Please do the little things correct and then I would be happy to say I had a great experience. My experience was poor and I paid a lot of money for no service.
Joseph MThe hours are limited and I had to call for assistance to check in. The woman on the phone was extremely helpful. The truck had several issues, including pulsating brakes, a transmission that would over rev and have trouble shifting, and windshield wipers that barely worked. Several times I indicated that I did not want the moving blankets, nor the handtruck, both were in the back of the truck unsecured. No zip ties know anything so I hope I’m not charged for them as they did not use them.

JONATHAN LA little clearer information about where to park upon return would be helpful. Also, some of the license plate has peeled off, so when asked to confirm the plate number, I had to guess a little. Could not tell whether one of the letters was originally an E or an F.
William MAs soon as I pulled in the lot I was greeted and instructed where to park the car dolly. Couldn't have been simpler.

He came and unlocked building to open for business for the day. I waited a few minutes so he could get situated. I then walked into office, owner was in the garage area. I heard the owner tell the other employees, " I wonder if those retards ( referring to us) are coming in" . He referred to his customers (us) as retards. Not very professional. But other than that, the process and vehicle were great. The place of business was JT AUTO REPAIR in brockport, ny. Colby rd. Thank you

Todd SI wanted a 10 foot uhaul for Saturday Sept 28th, for a local 1 mile move. I ended up having to travel 22 miles to pick it up because they had no trucks locally. The guy in brockport told me I had to return it to brockport another 22 miles and he told me to have it back by the 30th. I returned it on the 29th and got charged for 2 days and 1.09 per mile. My bill was 93.00 to move my stuff 1 mile. I won't recommend uhaul and won't rent from uhaul again.

JOHN B6x12 box trailer, is actually 5 feet entry door. I transported a ATV and just fit width wise. I assumed I had room to spare. Maybe just a note that this trailer opening is 5 feet, not 6. Thank you, love U-Haul.
