It took 45 minutes to get access to the keys because the App crashes every time you try to upload your ID, and then when it stops crashing it just tells you that it has failed to upload.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI didn’t have a great experience. The online check in system was faulty and the WiFi in the area was not working. It took over 45 minutes to check in and get the key. I pre paid for the moving and furniture dolly and It was not in the back of the truck as promised. My work partner and I had to work harder, rather than smarter to move the furniture I purchased. I then called U-Haul and was told I would be speaking with a manager and I never did. I was beyond upset and an hour late for my pick up and appointment. My body hurts and I ended up paying over $300 for this truck rental including gas and extra insurance purchase. My advice is don’t promise something and under deliver. The moving dolly’s were essential and you failed me and my moving partner. Please do the little things correct and then I would be happy to say I had a great experience. My experience was poor and I paid a lot of money for no service.
Joseph MThe hours are limited and I had to call for assistance to check in. The woman on the phone was extremely helpful. The truck had several issues, including pulsating brakes, a transmission that would over rev and have trouble shifting, and windshield wipers that barely worked. Several times I indicated that I did not want the moving blankets, nor the handtruck, both were in the back of the truck unsecured. No zip ties know anything so I hope I’m not charged for them as they did not use them.
