They helped me out when I couldn't figure out how to do the self check in and super friendly. The pickup and drop off was very smooth.
Christopher MLocation sent invoice with over $118 of extra charges imparting to mileage. When I pick up the truck the gas-light was on and I was not able to see the miles. I went straight to the gas station about a mile away, got the gas-light to go away then notice the mileage was off over (120 off). Also during the setup, the gas level showed less than 1/8 gas in the tank, once I received the contract after the rental, it showed that I signed off to almost a half tank of gas. I took pictures and have proff of everything, and time stamps It not right how they are price gouging and trying to take advantage of people

James HCar transport trailers should have a hitch safety pin and ours did not. I bought one for the trip.
Rex MI'm a senior adult, not familiar with all this new way/computer age stuff. The guy I talk to on the phone was real patient, talk me thru everything from the beginning and to ending. By that I mean when it was time to return the U-Haul truck. I call him to see what else I needed do besides drop the keys in the drop box. I will rent again next time I need a U-Haul.
regina cThe gentleman was very helpful. Came out and hooked everything up for me and had the truck warm in the 20 degree weather. Only issue was the truck alignment is off.. had to keep the steering to the right and gets annoying on a 16 hour trip. I give it a 9.5 out of 10 only because of the steering issue

Thomas B1. I didn't go inside anywhere. So i clicked "no" for "Was the location clean & inviting" 2. A very nice gentleman did walk out when i was at the key box & made sure i checked it in properly. 3. Again, no one walked out the truck to assess if there were any "damages". That really bothers me. There were plenty enough cosmetic flaws on the truck & I'd like to be confident that y'all know I didn't cause any. I really don't see how this isn't a policy.
RAEGAN HThe truck was damaged on the side at pick-up. The person we talk to over the phone took forever to get to the line. there was barely any gas in the truck at picked up. The truck drove weirdly and shaked alot. When i called support. They told me that i cant exchange the truck in Gillette and i have to call service technician to come expect the vehicle but were i was had an major storm incoming so i was force to drive the truck back at maximum 60 mile per hour.
Kossivi GNo one was there. Called a number posted on the door and he said he would check me in. He never did so I got bombarded with calls from a U-Haul agent asking if I have already return the equipment.
KEOKAISONE SUHaul headquarters failed to send all the requested materials (i.e. two dollies) and I had to drive 20 minutes out the way to another UHaul to pick them up and then only had one of the dollies.
Ernestine FPlease have someone look into this location. . There was no office but a locker storage space. Was schedule in person but there is no in person area.
Chris MThe agent was present and helped hookup the trailer. However, the trailer had not been inspected upon previous return and a strap was broken.

La-Tasha JI was very pleased when I arrived that the Agent called me and walked me through my process to ensure that I had no problem with getting the key from the lock box. This has never happened before, but extremely appreciated.
