When we arrived at the address, we were given to pick up the truck, the truck was not there. We had to call the business and were told that they had moved to a different location. When we found the truck the box was unlocked. The passenger side door was unlocked and the key was under the mat in the middle. The mileage was 96 miles greater than the mileage on the app. The owner said he had not seen the truck since the last customer drove it. He was willing to give us 44 free miles, but that would still have put us 50 over the limit.

Smooth process from Beginning to end

Al BNot impressed with the unattended location. I will avoid using one again in the future. Truck was EMPTY, with only 13 miles left in the tank (per the onboard reading). At a full service location your people would have ensured an empty truck was not rented out. The truck also ran rough, clearly needs a tuneup.
