I had to call U-Haul main number to get the order completed after I had already ordered it and the keys were not where they were supposed to be. I wasted 1 hour and a half trying to get it done. Very disappointed with the service! Won’t ever use it Again!!

Not even a real store front its an abandoned parking lot. Called the number on file to try and figure out why I’m in an abandoned lot. No answer and no voicemail box setup. Call again the guy says he just woke up. Then he explains to me that I won’t be able to get the moving blankets I had already ordered because he doesn’t “carry inventory”
Rian VWhen we arrived at the address, we were given to pick up the truck, the truck was not there. We had to call the business and were told that they had moved to a different location. When we found the truck the box was unlocked. The passenger side door was unlocked and the key was under the mat in the middle. The mileage was 96 miles greater than the mileage on the app. The owner said he had not seen the truck since the last customer drove it. He was willing to give us 44 free miles, but that would still have put us 50 over the limit.
