The truck itself had some preexisting damaged areas and made some weird noises. Rashod was awesome and helped us out a great deal.

There was no one at the site only 2 pieces of U-Haul equipment It appears the company has moved from this site

Not impressed with the unattended location. I will avoid using one again in the future. Truck was EMPTY, with only 13 miles left in the tank (per the onboard reading). At a full service location your people would have ensured an empty truck was not rented out. The truck also ran rough, clearly needs a tuneup.
