The only issue was its difficult to find just needs better signage other than that the gentleman was extremely helpful and pleasant. Great work!

The process to obtain the Uhaul van took over 35 minutes. The person servicing us did not seem to have ever done a Uhaul rental before. He had to call a manager over the phone to walk him through the process the entire time. He asked us to repeat information multiple times despite this information being on the reservation form that we previously completed online. When he asked us to upload our driver's licence to the text link and it was taking several minutes (unsure if the cell service was poor in the area), I asked if the licence information could be uploaded manually on his computer and he said no, it had to be done via the cell phone text link which took several minutes. The clerk then asked for our emergency contact information. We gave 3 different numbers and he kept asking for another contact number. At this point we asked if he was asking for a contact number to confirm that we had already submitted online and if so, could he provided us with the first 3 digits so that we would know which number we listed and could confirm but he refused so we had to list numbers until it was the one that we had listed on file. When it came to payment, he asked for me to physically hand him my credit card so that he could upload the credit information on his computer behind the counter. I did not feel comfortable handing over my credit card so I asked for a touchless machine and he said there was none. I asked if he accepted AMEX and he said yes. I held out my card instead so he could read the information and he had me tell him out loud my CVV number in public (where a line was forming behind us). He asked me to repeat my CVV several times because he said it was incorrect. I gave him another credit card as I assumed it was because AMEX was not actually accepted. After this, I asked for a receipt and he said it would be emailed to me. I asked for a physical receipt and he declined. I did not receive an emailed receipt until an hour later. He handed us the keys and said we were free to go to the lot. He did not show us the truck or do an inspection with us. He did not make eye contact the entire time and did not apologize for the long wait. He talked to his mananger over the phone more than us. Overall, this experience was inefficient, substandard and completely different from every other experience we have had with other Uhaul locations. If this location wants to continue to be a Uhaul service, they need to update their training protocols as this process should not have taken more than 10 minutes to complete
