Took over 20 mins to return the truck. The plaza has terrible pot holes. Had to be buzzed into convenience store. Representative there had us go in and out about 4 times total. He didn't come and verify the information we gave regarding gas or mileage until a picture was taken of the dashboard. He didn't understand the miles. It read 20 774 upon return (approx) and he was reading this at 207.74 which was incorrect. Said there was no way we drove 20 000 miles. Correct, we didnt. He didn't understand miles in vs. out. The truck wasn't brand new, no way it made sense there was a total of 207 miles. Also, when the system prompted him that we were over our miles, he didn't understand this either thus leading him to further believe the picture of the miles that we were bringing was incorrect. We said it's okay we'll return the truck the following day at the location on Taunton. As we were in the truck preparing to leave, he came running out to us, showing us that he finally accepted the prompt that we went over our mileage and there was a charge of 70$. With this he couldn't tell us if this was an additional charge or the total charge. We had to wait for the receipt to be emailed to see what was charged to our credit card.

Everything was great, and the u haul truck was clean and well-maintained. Sunny provided excellent customer service and explained everything clearly from start to finish which made the rental process very smooth.The only issue I experienced was the lack of clear u haul signage indicating where to pick up the keys and complete the online check-in process. Because of this, I spent about 10 to 15 minutes trying to figure out where to go. Other than that, everything was excellent and i had a very positive experience overall.

Heet PThe truck was dead and the dealer does not have any booster cables. Additionally, there were two insecure dollies in the truck as well that I didn't purchase.
Lauren SThe pick up was fine. Luckily I was first in line. But I think there needs to be two people up front since the guy had to deal with me and customers coming in to his convenience store. However he was very helpful to get us set up since the system was giving him a hard time to set up the driver s information. Other than that the overall experience was great.
