Vehicle was not cleaned and had a bad smell, tried to contact location but it kept going to voicemail. When returning vehicle, owner was not professional and seems to be in a rush to take care of gis own business and didn’t care much about the Uhaul business.

Make sure the van is clean trash everywhere, the van smelled like someone shit in it and smoked in it just the mix off both it was just horrible. I will definitely not rent from there again !!

The truck a rented had no heat and it's the middle of winter... Moving in the freezing cold winter is bad enough, then to not have heat in the U-Haul was very frustrating and awful. Even when off, the vents were still blowing cold air. Everything else with my experience was great. The guy at the store was super nice

The time I was quoted by Uhaul to pick up the truck was NOT the time that the location was open. We had scheduled for a 9am pickup and the location was not open until 10am. Thankfully the owner was contacted and came in at 9:30.

This was not the location originally secured when the online reservation was made. Location was an HOUR from the originally requested location in Lebanon. I opted for a hands-on rental and was forced into a virtual rental. Once this was figured out, I could continue the rental. Total experience cost me over 2.5 hours of additional time. NOT HAPPY!

I had completed everything online prior to picking up the U-Haul. I got there for a 9 o’clock reservation at the location, which opened at nine, wasn’t open. I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to show up. Then they redid all the paperwork that I had already completed online. They didn’t put the dolly in the van, I had to do that, and the gas tank wasn’t full. They did give me an extra hour for my time but the overall experience wasn’t a good one. Why go through all the process of completing everything online if I have to redo it when I get there?

The entire process was an absolute joke. Nothing was streamlined, we had to wait almost an hour after our pickup time to actually get our vehicle. The program to take photos of the truck was glitchy, the drop off process was inefficient, and the area manager or whoever he was who attempted to help spoke incredibly condescending to me and continued to waste my time and try and upcharge us, along with not explaining the insurance and being unable to even facilitate the pickup process. I would literally never rent a U-Haul from this location again. To be fair, it wasn't the tech services fault, it was the fact that U-Haul doesn't have any of their shit together.

Pickup location was changed. Vehicle exterior was unclean. Several scratches and damage noted and photographs taken of bottom edge of vehicle on both sides.

Before I get into my issues I want to say the gentleman that helped me was nice, but the service I got wasn’t. First off, I’d like to address the truck. The overall condition of the truck I rented was okay….except for the inside. The inside was filthy; there were stains all over the dash and the seats and floor were covered in dirt and what not. Honestly the state of the interior made me question whether or not everything was sanitized between uses, due to COVID and all. I paid 50-ish dollars to rent the truck; it would have been nice if it was cleaner. Oh, and if there was more gas in it. Thank God I only needed it for 9 miles because the tank was almost empty. Now onto the service. The guy was really nice but the service was super subpar. I did the online check in to help expedite the check in process so I can get my truck faster….which was all for naught because he made me answer majority of the questions all over again, and even tried to get me to resend images of my ID. It was like he wasn’t even bothering to read over the form and check if the images were there; I had to press him to check if the images of my ID were on the form I did online, and lo and behold they were. He also kept asking me if I was dropping off the truck the next day. My reservation clearly said that I only needed it for 4 hours, and that I’d be dropping it off the same day, and even after I told him no, I’d be dropping it off later he kept asking me if I was going to drop it off the next day, to the point where it felt like he was hinting that he wanted me to because he was closing early (and I guess me dropping the truck off was an inconvenience for him). Which honestly was incredibly rude. Don’t pressure customers into dropping off outside of their reservation window; especially when we’ll get charged for a late drop off. It was also equally frustrating because I had to ask him, multiple times, for the equipment that I had rented along with the truck (the dolly). He actually almost sent me off without it; I had to go back into the shop and remind him that I needed it. If I ever need to rent a Uhaul in the future, I definitely won’t be renting from this place again.

Waited over an hour after we got there to get someone on the phone to help, order wasn't set up right and app wouldn't allow us to do pickup. Customer service wait times were awful and then people would answer and put you back into the queue to wait all over again. Also, you did not have the size truck we requested weeks in advance, nor did we get the pick up location we chose. Dolly we paid for was not in the truck and we were told we would have to stop at another location if we wanted one. Our move time was cut into due to these issues and we ended up needing to make two trips due to the smaller truck, and pay extra mileage. Will never again use Uhaul. Awful from start to finish.

I had to fight to get a truck that wasn't 48 miles away. Customer service was no help. I had to go to Lancaster Ave in person and they helped alot.

Truck was in desperate need of an alignment as it shifts all over the road when driving and a little bit of wind makes it harder to keep on the road. Truck when picked up was dirty in the cab area. Spilled drink on center console and floor. Items from previous move left in cab as well under seat. With COVID going on you would think more precaution is done and the units at least wipped down before rented back out.
