MELISSA BVehicle was not cleaned and had a bad smell, tried to contact location but it kept going to voicemail. When returning vehicle, owner was not professional and seems to be in a rush to take care of gis own business and didn’t care much about the Uhaul business.
Nelson CScratchy billing by drop offsite. After calling assistance I was told I would receive a full refund. I did not. Disappointed in the whole experience.
