When arriving to my reservation time at the designated location there wasn’t anyone present to assist me. When someone came in 10 minutes later I was told they couldn’t help me because the “boss” takes care of rentals and they weren’t in. The “boss” shows up 17 minutes later and makes me do all the registration stuff again, even though I filled it out online. The registration takes almost 10 minutes because he supposedly needed two emergency contacts that he could call right then and there and have them answer to verify it was who I said it was. After doing the registration they started the “clean” the truck. I only rented the U-Haul to so down the street to pick up a Pilates machine I bought. I went 8 miles or less. I was back with the U-Haul in 10 minutes. Upon arrival for drop off the “boss” is no longer there and the store associate told me I had to wait for him to return. She finally took the keys and said she will let him know I returned when he makes it back. I get an email today and they are charging me for a full tank of gas and several miles. I would give this experience a 0/10

The lady who was helping us had no idea how to use the computer, or what information she needed to complete our transaction. She had to call somebody else twice while we were there. Once she got it figured out, the truck did not have the furniture dolly's we paid for. Our reservation time was 11AM, and we did not get the key or proper equipment until 11:50.

You are asking the wrong question!!! I’ve rented several uhauls recently. Every location was fine. Your computer system was awful. Wasted so much of My time. Very frustrating. Very poor.

Everything was great. Rental process was easy quick and stress free. Only thing I would do is check the brakes on the truck I rented. Brakes were really spongy and it took a couple pumps of the pedal to get a firm brake pedal. Other than that it was a pleasure to business with that U-Haul location.

I had a 4:30 pm pickup reservation and so did another customer that was there. The lady that runs the place was not there and didn't show up until close to 5:00. At that time she tells me I need to do the online check in with my phone because he computer is slow. There was no apology for being late or anything. It was 5:30 before I actually got the truck when I had a 4:30 reservation. The truck itself was fine and in good condition. When returning the next day during normal business hours and at my scheduled drop off time, the lady was not there again. I was very thankful for the return option on the app. I would not recommend this place ever especially with several other options in the area.

Update your online system so that we don’t have to give ALL the same information to the shop when we arrive! Seems unless to put it all online and then resubmit all information when we arrive for pickup.

Had a reservation to pick up at 9:30 am. Got a call at 5 pm the night before saying we couldn't pick up until 12 pm. If we have a reservation it should be honored. Just because the people before us couldn’t get it back on time does not mean the next customer should have to be screwed over. When we went to pick it up the people at the “junk shop” were all blatantly high on meth. It took 30 minutes to actually be able to get the truck and leave. The place was very uncomfortable to be in, due to the obvious drug use and the sketchy people living in a pop up camper right on the side of the building. Just a very unpleasant experience overall. This is the second time I’ve rented from uhaul. The first was just fine but after this I will definitely be using another company.

I showed up at my appointment to find out my trailer wasn't there. was told it wasnt coming. after about 30 min of going back and forth the lady says she found one but i gotta drive to the next town over and pick it up. then come back to do paperwork. after wasting a couple hours through all that i finally got the trailer and was able to start my trip. of course they had some kind of guarantee that it will be ready by appointment or uhaul pays you 50$ lord only knows how to get that.

Had a 10am reservation for pickup of truck .. waited 2 hours before receiving truck due to not being on-site or ready. When truck arrived, had only 77 miles remaining in gas.

Passenger door trim was falling off and kept falling on us as we were driving. We were overcharged because the mileage on the truck wasn't working. We went 16 miles and used a quarter of a tank of gas (6 gallons of gas, i.e. a whopping 2.67 miles to the gallon. Be prepared for that!). These aren't the locations fault, they are the bigger companies fault.

The location was very poor. As I was trying to drop the truck off I am pretty sure there was a drug deal trying to take place and the guy was very rude! Had the nerve to ask if everything was ok and then told us to go ahead and leave. Very unprofessional. Took me over 1 hour to get the unit in my hands .

I have had repeated problems with this location but unfortunately, I can never seem to obtain a needed truck from other preferred dealers in my area. On several occasions I have been charged for fuel refilling when in fact I have never returned a vehicle without refilling it in my several decades and frequent renting if Uhauls. Upon returning my last rental I informed them the vehicle wreaked of gas fumes and even though I only drove it 49 miles it required 13 gallons to refill. I was later billed 75$ for 15 gallons they claim to have put in the vehicle. Either the tank leaks or the questionable people working here siphoned gas out of it. I have a list of other grievances with this location but let’s leave it at after two decades of renting Uhauls on a regular basis for my business needs this location is the only one I have ever had problems or issues with.

The truck had a heavy odor of cigarettes. We were charged for items we did not rent. We were nearly to our destination when we received an email stating our order for shipping supplies had been shipped. $250 in shipping supplies were charged to our credit card. DO NOT RENT FROM THE JUNK SHOP !!!

Truck was at quarter of a tank and we were told to bring it back with that amount. When we brought truck back with over that amount. The store stated we needed to fill it up to half way or else we would be charged. I find it ridiculous we had to put way over what was in the tank when we left . The store lady was unsure of the policy and was rude.

This is our first time renting this type of trailer and it’s way too heavy not to have a jack on the front of it. We had to go get our own jack just to unhook it. This seems a little difficult for the custom to have to deal with. Thanks

The trailer had very good tires ,led light bulbs in the lights. However the trailer was ratty looking decals worn severely tar or black paint spilled on inside. It was clean and pulled very well.

Had a rate and we used the truck for 12 miles and the rental place said mileage was 68 miles. Luckily when I got in truck I took a photo of mileage and gas . They said there was nothing they could do I showed them that they had the mileage wrong and the lady gave us someone else’s contract. The check engine lights were on and the brakes need replaced. They said nothing wrong with truck. They were very rude. I did call you main office and spoke to Tiffany and she asked me to email her a pic of milage when I picked up truck and another when we returned.In about 10 min Tiffany called back and said it was obvious they red the milage wrong and gave us a refund of 53.00 Tiffany was very professional and kind and got it straightened out for us. I will never rent from the Junk shop again
