I was charged for extra day even though I returned in time. I was charged for fuel even though I returned it with same amount of fuel. I had to make extra rep to the store to argue with them about it only to have to call the 1800 number to get told I have to wait 3 business days before I should call again if I don’t get from manager to get refund on the $60 overcharged
