I was charged for a dolly and there wasn't one in the truck. I would like that to be taken off my bill please. Also the computer at that location needs to be fixed.Yolanda K.
It turned out to be a gas station, and I passed it twice thinking this can't be the place. Once I went in and discovered it was the place, the drop off was pretty straight forward. No complaints really, just maybe get a bigger sign saying u-haul. That would cut out any confusion.Cathy B.

I arrived at this location to drop the truck as the contract stated and a lady with a nasty attitude at the counter said that she couldn't take it due to inventory issues. She didn't call customer service nor tried to resolve the problem; she just said "that is not my problem". Horrible customer service, nasty attitude, loud, no people skills, zero professionalism. I know she does not work for U-haul, but a bit of customer service would be nice.Manuel R.

This is a gas station, all the time we were waiting to book the vehicle out, we were having to keep out of the way,of customers who were coming into the stn /shop. There should have been a separate counter area,. It would seem the counter which is small and unsuitable for uhaul customers and gas stn customerslynore patricia A.

I was told that I couldnt drop off my uhaul because they had no room, i was told to take it to another location. I told the man (Patel) that my reservation was for this location. He said that's not my problem, that's your problem. Man was very rude and didn't even try to be helpful. I called customer service and spoke with Tracy and she closed out my reservation and told me to give the man the key and get a receipt. I took the key to the man and he stated that he had no proof my reservation was closed, he took the key and proceeded to go check the mileage and gas on the truck. He came back in handed me a receipt that did not have the into filled in. Another customer proceeded to ask him loudly what my problem is. I told her it was none of her business and she proceeded to say "fu*k you bitch". I will never set foot in the Citgo gas station at 3090 Jupiter Blvd Palm Bay Florida. This man has no customer skills and Uhaul shouldn't allow this business to represent them!Carissa C.

I only drove the truck 7 miles total. I kept a close watch on the gas needle and it did not change by the time I returned the truck. Yet they claimed it went down a smidge and then charged me over $20 for a smidge of gas since I didn't put gas in it when I returned it. This is a complete rip off!Bridget T.
The agent was not very cordial. It's a gas station with only one clerk and you have to wait until they get around to service the UHaul customers. When I returned the truck, I had to wait and the agent was RUDE!Smette P.
Be sure customers are aware of the difference between drop off locations with and without staff. Some may prefer one over the other.AmyBeth T.
Either have the damn moving blankets in the truck when people pick up, or don't. But don't charge them for the damn blankets when they don't get them! Still waiting for a call back on this after I already called and was told it was taken off before I even started the damn truck. I want my $15 back!!!Joshua Y.

I got the truck, only 3/4 full tank. And when I left with it, I noticed the mileage was different from what was on the rental sheet, it had almost 10 more miles on odometer than on re,talk sheet. No big deal, when I returned truck, even with more gas than it had when I pick ked up. They insisted I filled it. I used approx 45 miles. Paid for 20 when rented. Out 15 in gas to make it over what I had, again they insisted I filled it, so had to put 18 dollars now in for total of 33 spent on gas!! So they charged me wrong mileage since they won't change that, no big deal, but there is no way I could of used 33 dollars in gas for 40 some miles. So they chathe me almost 35 to 40 more dollars for renting, when I already paid for 20 miles of use, and made me put probably an extra 20 in gas that I should not of had to pay! Overall very unhappy with uhaul, and would not recommend to anyone rent I,g from them. I spent minimum 40 dollars more than I should of had to spend. Very bad customer service at this location, not willing to help in anyway.Marti S.

Everything went fine but your insurance is a scam. I was basically told if I didn't get it I'd be responsible for any damage already on the truck. So I paid not for insurance against MY use of the vehicle but insurance against dishonest, disrespectful, and scammy practices. I'm super pissed that I paid for it knowing I was going to use the truck for an hour and there was a .0000001% chance of anything happening to the truck in my posession. Very irresponsible and shady practice on U-haul's behalf.Brittany C.

the store I picked my uhal up from wouldn't except cash because the person I ordered it from wasn't clear on the phone when it was ordered because.i was told I payed for the truck. I wanted a hour and a half to get it sorted out. horrible experienceTara M.
Communication could be much better. The lady at first seemed to be mad that I had changed my request earlier to have my son in law to drive the truck. She could not see the information that I requested fromm the 800 # I called. I spent longer then I expected waiting to resolve the issue. I finally said I would go ahead and drive it. It was just big mix up which would not have happened if communication between each party would be better.Debbie P.

These convenient store people are not professional, not courteous or able to handle customer needs. The owner had no idea what a dolly was. This man couldn't even do the order properly. An order i had already done online. I was in this store for an hour and a half. He canceled my order 3 times. I had to help him input the order and all the while he was taking gas and convenience store customers, while "trying" to process my order. That caused the charges for the rental to be charged in error on my card. So i had to use a different card. Two charges and no truck yet. I even talked to his support staff to try and get get this resolved. And to add insult to injury, Once i finally got his support staff to complete the order with a courtesy dolly ($10 value) for all my time and trouble, he told me that i couldnt get the dolly for free and he didnt want to give me the keys. Its a shame that this is what uhaul is turning into. These people dont care.JAZMIN G.
Avoid this location if you can. The guy running this location was very sketchy to me. After reading the only other review, I hoped I wouldn't have a bad experience. I was doing a one way rental and He kept saying I should get additional mileage and any unused mileage would be refunded to me at drop off location, which was not true. I told him I wanted 100 total miles (+14 miles) but he kept wanting me to get 20 extra miles and charged me for the 20 miles. He also charged me for an extra day when I did not want an extra day ($40). I asked him why did my bill go up nearly $50 by just adding additional mileage and he acted like he had no clue why I was charged so much. This guy tries to get the most money out of your pocket without your permission. Very sketchy guy. I was able to speak to the uhaul manager Taylor Clarke and he said he refunded me the money for all of the extra things that guy charged me. I'm still waiting on the refund but Taylor was the only positive experience about this location. The guy that rented me the uhaul was very sketchy and seemed to just want more money. I would avoid this location at all costs.Bao H.
This location was not willing to give us the truck that we rented. We arrive and the man states that he cant do a one way. WE RENTED A ONE WAY! I had to call uhual 1800 and speak to someone who then had to call the man and tell him to release the truck to us. This all wasted almost 2 hours. I would never rent from this location or a uhaul from a gas station again.Rikesh P.
