Dennis GSo when I went to pick up the 5x8 no one was there thought maybe it was a mobile pick up. A man in a black SUV pulls up asks if he can help us I said we are here to pick up the Uhaul he takes me in to the building checks me in then takes me outside to get one I tell him that is not the same license plate that I’m looking at on the app he tells me no problem he will fix it inside, he never did in fact when I dropped it off at the Baytown Uhaul (on Main St. they are amazing) they had no record of me having it. It was dropped off Tuesday night due to be back Wednesday morning. I got a call from Uhaul saying I never turned it in. They lady on the phone says wasn’t accusing me of stealing it, but that’s how it felt, she called the drop off location and took there word we didn’t drop it off. I ended up calling g and getting them to find it. Not a happy customer.

Wanda CWE DROPPED OFF DURING BUSINESS HOURS AND FOUND NOBODY HOME. THE YARD WAS OVERCROWDED AND WE HAD DIFFICULTY FINDING A SPOT TO DROP THE TRAILER. WE EVEN WONDERED IF THE DROP OFF LOCATION WAS AN ACTIVE BUSINESS.

Monty BI did not receive the furniture pads even though I paid for them in advance. Staff was unable to process refund. Will not use again.
Brian GNot only was no one there during business hours, the truck was on empty with the gage reading “one mile to empty.” Needless to say, the truck ran out of gas before I could get a half of a mile down the road. Totally inexcusable and unacceptable.
Carlton GFix the bugs in the app itself with pickup and drop off. I rented for two days and only needed one day but I haven’t gotten reimbursed yet
Bryan HThe truck itself was fine but, the appliance dolly, hand dollies and pads that were reserved with the truck were not available. I had to go to 5 different locations to find a dolly. No appliance dollies were available at any of the locations. If you allow a customer to reserve equipment it should be available when you go to pick it up.
Kenneth JThe first truck I was assigned was damaged. Had a hole where water could leak in. I was offered another truck but it took nearly 2 hours to replace it

brittany GI was late for reservation and it was cancelled, which I understand. But I don’t understand why the location I rented from closes 2+ hours for lunch and doesn’t have the common sense to post a note. Wasted over an hour of moving trying to re-rent the same truck. Beginning mileage was incorrect and no way to dispute because the place was closed. Start to finish a really bad experience.

kimberly mThere was no equipment, dollies or pads when I went to pick up the vehicle so I had to find another U-Haul place to get all the equipment I needed to finish the order. Nobody on site to help out with that mistake and a very sketchy part of town to leave your personal vehicle.
MICHAEL HI don’t know why I couldn’t drop the truck off at a different location. It cost me double the miles. And I had to get someone to drive my car. Double that gas mileage. No I will not rent from this location again.
SUSAN JLocal agent told me he would be there to do the check in and we could pick up the truck, but he was not there even though we got there an hour before closing. Had to call the main U Haul number and was told to go on the 24/7 app which I did, but it took about 30 minutes or longer to complete which I really did not have. The agent on the phone earlier was very nice, courteous, polite, etc., but him not being there caused an inconvenience.

Larry FI was expecting a check out counter but had to navigate the unexpected online check out process. Had to call in and was on hold. This took longer than it should have.
Alan FI'm not sure i would recommend this location. It was very dark and not alot of room in the parking lot!!!
