After being changed to this location by U-haul at the last minute without being notified, I drove an additional 20 to pick-up my truck. When I arrived at this location, I could see my truck, but the U-Haul app would not let me check in to retrieve the vehicle. After spending almost 30 minutes on hold waiting for a representative, I was finally able to speak with someone. However, it appeared that the keys for the vehicle were not logged into the system as being available for pickup, so according to the rep there was no vehicle available at this location. Fortunately, there happened to be someone in the parking lot after hours who did not work for the location but was a friend of the owner who was able to tell the rep that the keys were actually in the lockbox. So, after wasting nearly an hour, I was finally able to retrieve the vehicle.........only to find that it only had 1/4 tank of gas.

We had some difficulty understanding the pick up process. It was not clear what location for pick up and the process was not clear. The lady at another location was able to help us. After we got the truck picked up, everything else was great. Truck was clean.

Angel JThe check in person was very nice, but did not help with unhooking our two trailers. It was very congested with trailers and trucks, for a very small location. There was no check in process, and I was concerned that my trailer would not be properly received back in. The app was not helpful in the return process. The equipment was clean and worked great.
