The lady was friendly but was very opinionated about the in line reservation process and stated never do that again. Just call. I felt it was alittle rude.

Clearly labeled on the appliance dolly $10.00 a day was charged $15.00. What's very unclear as to the drop off location, Drop location was the farthest of the three locations to return.

K Embry Insurance took really good care of us and the equipment was in perfect condition. Thank you so much for helping us out. I would definitely recommend this location. But originally I reserved a truck at Weber's Corner, since they didn't have the truck I needed they switched my reservation to Changing Things Up in Cannelton IN. When I arrived the business was obviously shut down with no one around. I was picking the truck up using the app, but the truck was blocked in by multiple other trucks and I could not get it. Had to cancel my reservation and go somewhere else to get a truck. It was a terrible experience. I even had payed help waiting on me the whole time. I would not recommend this location

It rained hard all day and could not unload truck. The lady let me have the truck an extra day to unload it. She was very nice and helpful.

Cramped space. Needs a larger area. Much junk probably belongs to other business in same building. Office was closed when we arrive around 4 pm, but she (manager?) showed up quickly and was nice and helpful.

The truck didn’t have no dolly in it and the transmission and brakes were going out on the truck will not be renting again!

The company changed my pickup location last minute to one that was way out of my way. Cost extra time and extra gas but was offered nothing for their mistake. I wanted to do the self check in and the person who owns the location was upset because she wanted to do it. However, she was 30 minutes away from the pick up place and would not add those extra 30 minute I would not get so I did the self check in option. Please make everything self check in and please keep better track of your uhaul vans locations. Don’t tell someone their rental will at a certain place at a certain time when that’s not true. Would not recommend will look for other moving options next time.

Worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. 24/7 check in is a joke. Spent several hours on the phone being transferred and getting misinformed by uhaul employees. They called late the day before I was to pick up my truck to tell me they didn’t have it and I had to drive an hour away to get a truck. Both ways to just move 35 minutes down the road.

I PAID FOR MY RENTAL $157.00 WHEN I PICKED IT UP IN LOUSIVLLE, I STAYED UNDER THE 80 MILES AND FILLED THE TRUCK FULL OF FUEL, I PICKED UP MY THINGS OUT OF THE UHAUL TRUCK AND SWEPT OUT THE BACK SO IT WOULD BE READY FOR THE NEXT FAMILY. I WAS THEN CHARGED ANOTHER $57.00 WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF WITH NO EXPLATION WHY. WHEN I PICKED UP THE TRUCK FOR $150. I WAS TOLD THIS WAS A ONE WAY RENTAL AND ALONG AS I RETURNED THE TRUCK IN THE CONDITION I RECVIED IT IN AND DID NOT EXCEED 80 MILES I WOULD NOT HAVE ANY MORE FEES.

There is limited space in the pickup and dropoff area. I managed to back into my space on the return, but it is off a busy street. The vendor was very helpful and responsive and did most of the work in hooking my truck up to a 6x12 trailer.

The truck had no gas in it when I picked it up but I was charged another $110 to my credit card to fill the truck up. The truck had between 1/4 and 1/2 tank when I dropped it off. This angers me.
