When I rented, he never sent me a rental receipt until I brought the truck back. I do not believe that I was treated fair in that he charged almost 40 dollars for 6 miles for gas. I have witnesses that will verify the milage when we left ended with 231 and he changed that. I know it is small but the fact that he changed it and never sent me and invoice/agreement, and I have witnesses, but to charge me 6.10 per mile for gas is so wrong. We never left the truck running and when I did see the invoice the red mark for the gas was not where I started with. On top of everything he was rude. I have a lifetime history of renting trucks with U-Hall and have always had great service, I went here because it was close to where I live and my storage. Home Depot will get my business in the future.

It was not kk markets fault except they said I put no gas in and charged me $18 for three gallons I literally drove the box truck two blocks had it back cleaned and fueled within an hour and a half and got charged $68 ?!? Smh that $19 a day is false advertising they nickel and dime u for every penny and charge an “environmental fee” so I’m paying for you guys yearly smog?! Ridiculous amount go to Home Depot and rent instead I’ve learned since

tyler hWe were given no information that is on the contract, which was later sent to my email. That information had to do with additional charges and fuel rules. When I saw the contract online, which I had not seen or signed, it was incorrect in several areas.We had been charged for things I had not authorized. Also, when we got the truck, it only had 1/16 of a tank of gas, barely enough for our 9-mile trip. It should have had 1/4 tank, according to the contract and we were supposed to return it at 1/4 Of course, we didn't know that when we returned it and the clerk said nothing about fuel. In the past, when we have rented Uhaul trucks we were told to return it at the same level it was when we picked it up. Since it was still at 1/16 when we returned it we didn't put any gas in it. The receipt later showed that we had been charged $9 for gas. I immediately called Uhaul customer service and they are working on crediting my card for the overcharges., but I shouldn't have had to deal with all of that. The credit for the gas charge is still pending. I do need to add that this location normally only receives drop-offs. They went out of their way to have a truck brought to them so we could rent it. I did appreciate that.

I made an error on my return because I return the keys to the Dropbox and could not get the information to process the return online. I made multiple attempts to contact the people who run the U-Haul rentals at the store, and they never contacted me back. They then charged me for an extra day when I returned the van at 10:30 the night before.

Upon receiving the truck, I noticed that it was not clean and had broken glass inside, as well as a strong cigarette smoke smell. This made the whole experience very uncomfortable, and I was close to feeling sick. As I was in a rush, I did not have the opportunity to check everything thoroughly before leaving the premises. Additionally, I was not provided with any guidance on the rental agreement, specifically regarding the truck return and refueling process. As a new customer, I would have appreciated a brief overview of the agreement to ensure that I understood all the requirements and responsibilities. I believe that it is essential for your staff to take the time to walk customers through the rental agreement, particularly first-time renters, to avoid any confusion or misunderstandings. Furthermore, it is crucial to maintain the cleanliness and safety of your vehicles to ensure a pleasant and hassle-free experience for all customers. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration and implement necessary improvements in the future. Despite my initial negative experience, I am willing to give U-Haul another chance, hoping for a better and more positive experience next time. Thank you for your attention.
RANJITH BI was not able to use the mobile check in as the location has poor cell service. The clerk who initially helped me was not familiar with the app but we figured it out together. Just prior to doing the safety check another clerk came and took over the transaction and started from the beginning. It took 25 minutes to checkin and pick up the vehicle. I returned the vehicle in less than one hour and went 4 miles but was charged for three gallons of gas, I also had declined the safecare coverage. Overall I was overcharged for fuel and unwanted coverage. Last comment, this location has a lot of unsavory activity that lends to a potentially unsafe environment.
Sabra LAbsolutely horrible. The lady had no idea what she was doing. She just handed me keys and didn’t check me in properly . I had to check in for my U-Haul when I dropped it off. On top of that the truck she gave me wasn’t for a 1 way trip 2hour away, it was for local in town use. Not to mention the check engine light being on. Absolutely horrible that I was given a truck that I wasn’t suppose to have, the check engine light was on, and I wasn’t check in for it.

Gilbert SI was charged 100$ for cleaning fees and I had returned the truck the same condition it was in when I rented it. Absolutely terrible service I highly recommend not taking it to this drop off point
