You didn't let me know that the location I had rented from in Alpine my equipment wouldn't be available and I'd have to travel to a different city until the day before I was to pick it up right before my flight to California. I had to scramble to try to find a way to make it to a different uhual location. It was an awful and stressful experience.

KHADEE'JAH CThe trucks battery died while loading our stuff since we had the emergency lights on. We had to jump start it. This was an inconvenience. Other than that everything went well.
Elvira RI was charged $124 for utility dolly and there wasn’t one in the truck. I tried calling the location where i picked it up left several messages with no response. Since Im from out of town it’s difficult for me to go to this location. I’m very upset for this faulty charge.
