The UHAUL itself was one of the WORST I've ever driven. The steering wheel was super shaky, I felt like I was driving the truck through an earthquake. The engine was so loud it sounded like someone had thrown empty soda cans into the exhaust so it screeched and rattled as I accelerated.Andres D.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a major company. I did not feel valued as a customer. I felt like my time wasn't worth anything with the amount of hours I was on hold, just to not receive the help I was promised. The store employees said they couldn't do anything the only way to have the issues fixed were customer service which I didn't have time to wait for another hour just to speak with someone on the phone. My my credit card was showing a 300 charge from uhaul before I even had the cube returned and paid my final bill. I'm a single mother of 3 kids leaving a bad situation and this experience thats to uhaul was the absolute worst and most stressful. And my cube van reaked of weed when I picked it up. Didn't have the amount of gas in it I was made to have, I had enough gas to just make it out of the city...and the unit wasn't cleaned.Ashley-Dawn L.

We received the truck with 1/4 of tank gas and returned with 3/4 of the tank gas. When we asked if we will get a refund it was indicated that not. Possibly provide a credit to the customer with a certain time to use it.Diego F.

Truck was dirty, engine sounded like it was being over worked, they did not have any of the other equipment I rented such as furniture rollers, dolleys and furniture pads. Last minute notice for not having these moving aids, it made our move a lot longer and much more strenuous! The confirmation call was rude and the only point of the call was to make sure we would get the truck back in time for the next customers. Contacted Uhaul for support and none was given and no compensation was made on uhauls behalf for this inconvenience. A different location might be more accountable and reliable.Shan D.
The key drop for after hours return is too small for the standard u-haul keychain. I managed to force it in but then it got jammed shut, so hopefully no one had to drop off after me.Meghan S.

Guy told me he was closed and to come back tomorrow. Since I was going into govt quarantine this wasn't an option. He called another chap in the shop and he told me to just leave the keys which I did; No comparison to the Great Falls site.Guy G.

The truck I rented was very dirty on the outside. The store did not have any packing blankets even though we had pre-booked to use a number of blankets. When my wife drove up to the store when I was returning the rental truck an employee came out and without asking her intent curtly told here that "this isn't a parking lot" . I would definitely not recommend the location other than for the convenience of it.Timothy C.

1) Trailer should have been washed, and it was so dirty I washed it myself. 2) Drop off instructions were ambiguous. Agent directed me to drop trailer off at an alternate location, closer to my home because trailers are 'a hassle' for him at this location, but when I called Uhaul I was told there would be an extra fee to do so. 3) I was surprised being charged an extra day because I picked up the trailer 40 minutes early. While technically correct, and it wasn't a lot of money, it became an annoyance. I would have expected some leeway on this, or at least an explanation so I would have had knowledge of my option to adjust my pickup time.Cameron D.

The gentlemen working at this location are laid back and made renting the vehicle easy and simple. I needed to extend my rental twice and they were very accommodating and it was also done with ease.Derek C.
The paperwork didn't line up with the actual amount of gas in the tank. Showed it to the guy running the pick up center and he said just fill to what you are taking it out as now there is a bill for fuel. I provided him with a picture of the fuel reading before we left. There was a loose panel in the back of the truck that was a tripping hazard. When we called to ask about extending our rental the cut us off and said the bill will be emailed to us in the morning. Could not use the share app. Had to wait over 1 hour for someone to show up. The vehicle should not be on the road. The transmission was slippingans surging. The front end suspension was shot as well as the rear. There was an access panel on the floor inside the box that was broken, stepped on it and you almost fell thru to the road, no support under this..(very dangerous). The doors shook as you drove down the road This was a bad rental and I intend to tell everyone I knowLorne G.

I just have one issue. I drove 32 km and when I topped off the gas which came to $25. I think the tank was a little short of being full when I picked it up. (The needle registered slightly below F when I started my trip. When I brought this up with the attendant he dismissed my concerns. I do have the gas receipt and the initial photo of the tank reading to prove it. It was either a little short of being full when I picked it up or the vehicles have poor mileage).geoff H.

This K-mini mart, Edmonton location is doing fraudulent business. I returned the truck within 3 hours but the local dealer charged me for 3 days though I did everything perfect , and I have photos evidence. The local dealer is rude, unprofessional, and liar.Md Zakir S.

Original pick up location was closed at the agreed time, nobody didn't inform us about that. We sitting and waiting almost one hour near the closed door. The first man I dealt with was rude and not helpful. They park the uhauls on the residential streets which requires a walk of about two blocks. I live in a cold climate and the uhaul was frozen and I had to sit there for about 10 minutes while it heated up. The man I spoke with on support was awesome and the man who took my keys at the end of my reservation was very nice.Alyssa S.
No brush was provided to clear the windscreen of snow. No parking is available on site. Suggestion: provide the minimum needed equipment to safely operate a vehicle during a Canadian winter. Would have even been better if the truck was already cleared of snow.Jonathan M.

The Uhaul was not ready for me when I picked it up. It was completely frosted without an ice scraper in the vehicle and the equipment I rented I had to bring out myself. When returning the vehicle, the owner was extremely rude for no reason and would not take back my boxes because I purchased them from a different location. I asked if I could return them at any location and they told me yes. My partner also lost his phone and the owner of this branch was extremely unhelpful and again rude. I used another location the day before and had a very positive experience so this was very disappointing.Jami C.

I reserved a dolly and was charged for one but there was no dolly in the uhaul when I went to start my move. Dropped the unit off and had to use the key drop so could not express this at drop off time. Hopefully this can be resolved.Andrew C.

Change out the speedometers for your Canadian market. The USA model vehicles pose some problems. Most notably, the speedometer shows kilometres in tiny grey numbers that are hard to see, and a range of 10 km is obscured by the the over-wide needle, making it hard to keep to the speed limit - a safety issue. In addition, the pricing per mile is just confusing. It would also be helpful to show metric dimensions in your signage: the canopy at the gas station (and other places where clearance is an issue) shows the height in metres and your truck box height is in feet.Larry D.
