I’ve called and spoken to many people about our issues. Richard from Turlock about the truck driving funny, and not startling the next day. About waiting 3 hours for a battery replacement only to have the tech say “i haven’t done one of these in years, i forgot what side the battery was on.” Richard has not called me back or I would have told him we lost our movers Tuesday morning since they waited around for 3 hours and I had to finally let them know. It’s clear that this truck was not well maintained and it cost us time and money on top of the frustration of moving and I believe some sort of credit should be applied. Richard, call me.
JASON KMy pick up time was set for 9am but the location did not open until 10am. There wasn’t any communication of any kind to let me know what was going on. I needed dollies but they were unaware of their own inventory leaving me without what I needed.
COREY PMAYBE HAVE SOME TOOLS ON HAND TO ASSIST CUSTOMERS WITH BALL HITCH INSTALL AND REMOVAL.

DONNA BIf you are going to question if my 2020 Ford Ranger can tow a 2008 ford focus with a tow dolly that I have rented to do the same job at least 8-10 times you should know something about towing requirements before you start questioning the customer. Also if you call to confirm I’m dropping my rental off at 10:00AM and say you will be open, then you should be at work on time to open your store. There were two customers ahead of me and by 10:10 the store was still closed.
MICHAEL BGreat rental place. Receptionist was very polite and professional. Truck was clean and operated just fine. Dolly functioned to satisfactory. Check in and check out process was fast and easy.

JUAN CThe lady was really rude to me. In addition she told me she would allow me to add an additional day if I called before my 24 hrs was up. I called and she reserved it to another customer which is going to cause me to need to rent another Uhaul costing me even more money. The Uhaul was also beat up and not taken care of.

JUAN CThis place at 1001 S. Berkeley (k-9) stinks so bad.. the minute I walked in I wanted to throw-up.. The young girl who helped me on Sunday waa really nice.. now the lady that was there Monday was a total b/($&
PAULINA AI was told the gas tank was full but it wasn't. I travelled 64 miles and it took almost 12 gallons to refill the tank. I took before and after photos of the gas gauge and odometer to verify. The staff was very friendly but perhaps unaware of how a gas gauge may look full but when filled properly the needle will go past the F marker on the gauge.

BRIELLE CCan't think of a thing that could make it better every person I had an encounter with was so gracious and helpful even when I had to extend my rental 3 days in a row calling each day the truck was very clean and when my card was declined having forgotten I'd put a lock on it never once showed frustration or annoyance for having to wait while I corrected with my bank their customer service is exceptional and I highly recommend this location to everyone Thank You Lonna S
