Terrible service. I was overcharged by $105 because the location recorded an incorrect odometer reading and did not tell me to take a picture of the original odometer reading as proof. I did not realize the odometer was incorrect until I dropped it off and was overcharged. The location refused to do anything to resolve the situation. Additionally I ordered a 15’ truck a week prior to my move and the day before was moved to a 26’ truck.

Easy in/out experience.
Allen LThe person who handled transaction did not have a friendly/professional attitude. At the return the parking area for equipment was very narrow and I was unable to safely maneuver my truck to back up the trailer (at their request). They did not have a means to move the trailer by hand (I was told it was for employee use only). I did try to maneuver the trailer by myself and caught it on other equipment in the yard. I was able to free the equipment with negligible/no damage (I was told there would be no charge). In hindsight, I should have just place the trailer in the lot and had the employee move at their convenience. I felt frustrated/angered when I left.
