The person who handled transaction did not have a friendly/professional attitude. At the return the parking area for equipment was very narrow and I was unable to safely maneuver my truck to back up the trailer (at their request). They did not have a means to move the trailer by hand (I was told it was for employee use only). I did try to maneuver the trailer by myself and caught it on other equipment in the yard. I was able to free the equipment with negligible/no damage (I was told there would be no charge). In hindsight, I should have just place the trailer in the lot and had the employee move at their convenience. I felt frustrated/angered when I left.

Joseph HI ordered moving pads and a dolly but didn’t receive any of it. The truck was empty and dirty inside. There was broken glass and plastic in the back.
