John, the owner of the location, was very knowledgeable in what size trailer I would need for my one way trip to OH. When I loaded, it was spot on fitting! I felt no pressure to get unnecessary items for my trip. I've had that in the past and I was not looking forward to it. John is a professional in helping you through the process and just a good person to come across in life. I found it was in a convenient location along the 98 across from the zoo. I HIGHLY recommend renting from the K9to5ish Uhaul location!! EL
