I made a one-way, 4day reservation on-line (have the email from UHaul which confirms). This location somehow turned it into a one-day, round-trip reservation. I’m not sure how this major mistake occurred, but when I went back to this location mid-day to resolve, it was closed. Turns out the primary business at this location is dog-boarding. I had to call a regional center because I could not correct the reservation myself in the UHaul App/online. I’m not it was the pickup location’s “fault” but subsequent information indicates that it probably was.
Scott BThe vehicle was so dirty with food in it and sodas built down the seats. I had to clean the consoles before I could even get in and drive it. The alignment was out and very difficult to drive across 1600 miles of the United States to my location.
