Location is good but motorcycle trailer electrical connector was too short to properly connect with my trailer wiring harness. It kept pulling the connection apart when turning corners. I ended up having to stop on my trip and loosen the trailer's connector at the strain relief on the trailer frame and moving the connector forward about 4-6 inches to properly mate with my harness. This was NOT an issue with my harness being too short. I've rented several U-Haul trailers and never had this problem. The motorcycle trailer wiring harness was clamped down at the strain relief about 3" from its end with about 8-10 inches of extra cable behind the strain relief (on the trailer side) and not where I could use it to connect to my car.

BRIAN MLights driver side tail, emergency didn't work. Refuse to assign another trailer, trailer had to be swept out, floor was dirty, safety risk to me and risk of traffic ticket. Weather was bad, one way trip through dense fog, rain, and snow.

TINA TMy initial impression when I called to ask questions prior to renting was not favorable. The person answering the phone did not identify the business or himself and seemed bored. Answered the phone, “yeah” and “what’s up” was this response when I said I had some questions. The day of pickup was a different story and the young man who handled the rental made up for the poor initial contact experience.
