Vehicle was dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke and not to mention a wet cigarette in the cup holder. Extremely over charged for refilling truck rental ($12/gallon) which no gas stations around here sale at that price. Wasn’t the $30 fuel charge fee enough? Total BS!!!!
