ESMERALDA AThe location I got the trailer from is great now with that said the Fresno I’m guessing corporate office was boarder line harassing me calling over and over asking when I was going to bring the trailer back. It seems like the people in the corporate office are incentivized to keep trailers in the yard and off of the books not making money truthfully I would have kept the trailer long and continued to pay for it if not for the persistent phone calls from the corporate office.
MICHAEL RThese guys saved my day! If you’re in the NW and need a quick trailer rental, this is the place to go! I made the mistake of going to another location down Rosedale/Verdugo and they suck. I called up this location and got a trailer right away, it made everything better. Good customer service and onsite
SUNDEE MI was not given the price up front I was charged $75.00 for a car trailer that I used for an hour and a half not happy about that probably will not use u haul again.
