These guys saved my day! If you’re in the NW and need a quick trailer rental, this is the place to go! I made the mistake of going to another location down Rosedale/Verdugo and they suck. I called up this location and got a trailer right away, it made everything better. Good customer service and onsite

I was not given the price up front I was charged $75.00 for a car trailer that I used for an hour and a half not happy about that probably will not use u haul again.
shea eThis place has employees who look like they hate their jobs. Manager was a fake friendly kissa** who blamed roadside assistance for everything. After having to be towed thier and needing another truck because the BREAKING SYSTEM warning lights went off while driving, I waited hours after the truck broke down because they didn't have a truck and failed to sell roadside assistance this. Truck i got at this place road horrible and was as twice as load. I could barely hear the radio over the engine, a problem I was not having before. No one updated me on anything that was happening I had to keep asking. Two hours before they said a truck wasn't available and that they would have to go to another location to get the truck, taking another two hours. Didn't let me know that the truck had arrived or that the movers that were hired by roadside assistance started moving me things. When I finally wondered outside to see my things on the ground and 2 men moving my things.
