What I paid online is not what my end cost was in fact it was $40 more....a discount was offered if I took uhaul to a certain location and I did that but the discount was not honored and I still took uhaul to specify location. The representative appeared to not understand why I got a discount after I showed my quote and I feel like he changed it in the system

SELENA RUHaul needs to teach its affiliates some customer service skills; the gentleman at KK Auto had poor communication; was hard to understand; talked too fast. Plus, we were told we could get a 10 ft truck at the Beasie Road facility and it was changed to 15 ft. truck. We were VERY disappointed for the inconvenience of having to pick up the truck at a different location. Very frustrating! Otherwise, truck was great! Handled well on the road and was clean.
