Hours were not Posted Facility Was Closed On a Monday late Morning
JOHN QWhat I paid online is not what my end cost was in fact it was $40 more....a discount was offered if I took uhaul to a certain location and I did that but the discount was not honored and I still took uhaul to specify location. The representative appeared to not understand why I got a discount after I showed my quote and I feel like he changed it in the system
