Amazing!! They helped us and answered all questions

UHaul needs to teach its affiliates some customer service skills; the gentleman at KK Auto had poor communication; was hard to understand; talked too fast. Plus, we were told we could get a 10 ft truck at the Beasie Road facility and it was changed to 15 ft. truck. We were VERY disappointed for the inconvenience of having to pick up the truck at a different location. Very frustrating! Otherwise, truck was great! Handled well on the road and was clean.
