The manager lied to both you and I twice. She had no intention of showing up at the nursery until she was ready, thinking we would wait on her I have used u-Haul for years and until now I was understanding and together we made the rental work. She cost me over $400 in paying help and time that I could load my truck. If a manager wants to discuss this job and rental location I will be glad too.
William VThe 6 x 12 trailer door latch mechanism was busted loose. I didn’t notice till I opened the door to load my cargo. Fortunately, the door held shut during transport of my cargo. I reported the broken latch.

michael mRemove the Bull off of the property and away from the U-Haul rentals. Please don’t make your customers wait 30 minutes for a “scheduled” pick-up at a broken cattle gate. Also, try actually being present when a customer is picking up the U-Haul so it’s more efficient when dealing with defective equipment. Refund please.

Rodney GThe service at the location was excellent. I was lucky that my pickup was at a time when the location was open because the Uhaul app failed. The app boasts 24 hour easy pick up. I made my reservation, downloaded the app, and my reservation appeared on my account on the app. I didn't press pick up the vehicle on the app until arriving at the location. I was given a message to call Uhaul customer service, and my reservation couldn't be found because I made my reservation on the website, and created my account and downloaded the app after making the reservation. This would have been a disastrous situation for my move if I expected to pick up the truck outside of the location business hours.
Ruth CCommunication was great and pleasant. The young man that helped us was very courteous, informative, and handled the equipment like a pro. If I need to rent again, I will definitely use that location again.

LYNDA LDrop off location saw the lights didn't work and said she would make sure they were fixed. I rented from this same lady when I moved to Georgia and they are nice people. She told me the company I picked up from should check the equipment but most don't and do little as possible.
Fancy PMarie and her family were efficient and accommodating. She knows her equipment and her son is alert and helpful. I highly recommend them and will use them again.
KEVIN JWhen I arrived at 9am there were no signs or people to indicate where I should go or how to get the truck. Only 2 locked gates and no trespassing signs. It took 30 minutes with customer support to find someone to open the gate and then I had to go through all my information which I already had entered online for the reservation again. Ultimately I was about 45 minutes late leaving with the truck after all that on a 6 hour rental. Finally, the truck had less than a full tank of gas when I went to get it and was not at the office location (it was at a grocery store around the corner). They did correct the gas issue when I got back after the rental but this was easily the most trouble I have had renting a truck ever.

Pamela Athere were dog hair in between the seats and arm rest it need to be clean better when it comes to animal hair any rental person can be allergic not a good thing the wind shield came unattached on the driver side and it began to rained I pulled over at one exit it was close so i had to get back on the interstate and pulled in to QUICK TRIP and attached it back on thank god just check on those Two things it was great I arrived safe everyone was great yes to U- Haul

Mindi CIf u reserve a 26 ft truck and it breaks down before u can receive it . They should call u or email u so u can find another truck. In stead it cost more money for a 15 ft truck . Less packing more traveling , more gas . And I got no discount . For agrivation ! I’m still moving stuff after 2 days

Sabrina RThe drop off was much better than the pickup. However, my drop off instructions were not clear. I was told the drop off was unstaffed, 24 hours, and just leave the key in a drop box. The actual location requires a telephone call, which I did upon arrival and found nothing there. A helpful woman came outside to meet me, lead me to the read drop off site (2 block away), and took my paperwork and the keys. I don't know what would have happened if I had not been able to reach anyone at the given drop off address.

Richard HThis was the most shady experience of my life. Uhaul should be ashamed to have their logo affiliated with a place like this. I spoke with the employee there and asked if I could drop off explaining my situation. She told me yes. They then proceeded to charge me a one way drop off fee of $180 without even telling me. I would not have dropped the uhaul there if I had been told this. I have already called customer service and reported this. I truly feel cheated and lied to. Please contact me about this.

JERRY WPlease listen to your affiliate and make the appropriate changes in her account pertaining to her address. Marie mentioned that she’s tried to communicate with you and have the change made but there’s been no response on your end to change it. She’s a lovely lady trying to run a business. More of a team effort is warranted and you can do better.
MARCUS WNumber one you have the wrong address for their office. It is 935 Walnut St. not 934. It has been like that for some time. I think the reason for that is no one is reading the reviews. I liked Marie. She was polite and accommodating.
Jerry WAddress was to an open field. Had to call the phone number and wait for someone to show up. Dropped off trailer in a grass field beside a grocery store. The attendant didn’t have a way of giving me a receipt proving I dropped off trailer. A really bad look for a really amazing company.

Eric AThis dealer Didn't even have trucks on their property they were at the save a lot. The address that you gave me was wrong I had to call the 800 number and I talked to a person there that was not very helpful. Good by the time we did figure out what was going on it was thanks to a delivery delivery driver for nature's own who Happen to be making a delivery to save a lot. He informed me I need to go to blocks away to a blue house and honk the horn And somebody would open a gate which I did which I did and a twelve-year-old child ailed came out and opened the gate I said is there an adult there he says yeah my mom's in the house but you can just give me the key.. I said that's not how it works kid I know Burke's kid I need to have the Truck checked in. He says so you want me to go get my mom at as to I applied yes that would be helpful. A lady did come out of the house she never spoke to you never spoke to me she had a phone in her hand her hand she walked around the truck opened the front looked inside open the back looked inside she then said to me where's the key I said your son took it She then proceeded to go back in the house get the key turn the truck on and tell me "you All good". I received an Email from uhaul stating that u-haul did receive my truck back and into their inventory so I guess the blue house behind a fence with a twelve-year-old answering it was legit

DAVID MThey have a German Shepherd that was loose and I had to go to the car to get my keys and it tired to bite my hand, it actually but it’s mouth on my hand and was biting me! I told Marie and she didn’t do anything on the trip to GA the AC went out in the truck my husband almost had a heat stroke. We returned the truck 530 Tuesday and told the drop off place about it and they also said nothing they can do.
Teresa MVery convenient for me. Only problem is the GPS address online takes you to wrong location. A lot of lost time trying to figure it all out And who to talk to but The convenience of the location for me Makes up for any inconvenience.

Steve CWhen dropping off the truck and trailer, there was no office or any indication of where to turn in the keys. I called the number for the location multiple times and left a message with no one answering. Finally after an hour of waiting, a lady came up to the gate and helped me parked the truck within the fenced off lot. Apparently, the house next door to the vacant lot is where the “office” is located however there was no indication that was where I was to go to. Furthermore, the she explained to me that the number that I do listed on the uhaul website is incorrect and that they have been trying to get it corrected with no success. She was very helpful and apologetic but uhaul needs to ensure that the right number is represented.
