How U-Haul Reviews WorkI believe you should be more transparent about the cost. Advertising a rate of $39 is very misleading. I had a truck for 8 hours and returned on time with the proper fuel level, only went 40 miles and was charged $102. It's been that way each time I've rented. Just be up front.
Gloria HToo far away.
Paul AI called customer service and gave a report. Unfriendly reception. Trailer was placed in a location with very loose sandy soil almost git stuck twice. Recommend regional inspection.
LARRY WThe women that helped me return the truck was very courteous and kind and I would definitely recommend to a friend
